My furnace/heating system abruptly went out (during the winter months no less) so I searched locally for an HVAC repair business and came across HVAC Duct & Vent Installation. I gave Ignacio a call & he came that exact same day to look at it and to diagnose the problem. He then gathered the parts and fixed it the next day. That type of care and professionalism is invaluable. HIGHLY recommend him and his business to anyone.

I had Ignacio install all of the ductwork and venting in the house I was renovating. He made it happen - good, fast, and frugal.

He paid great attention to detail, listened to my voice, and was very respectful to me and my family.

Ignacio was extremely professional and on time. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a few options. He installed our new furnace the same day while still getting the necessary permits. He took care of the warranty registration too and sent us a confirmation email. Everything was handled by him, GREAT SERVICE thank you so much Ignacio!

Ignacio replied to a request I made on a community board for repair to my air conditioning unit. He is very knowledgeable, has excellent customer service and communication skills. I will definitely be calling him for future service and highly recommend him and his company.

He has done a fantastic job. I have had him work on my properties and my dad has used him as well. He does a great job for an amazing price. I honestly wouldn't consider using anyone else. He is willing to work with you and he warranties his work.

I can't say enough good things about Ignacio and his company. I got several estimates for a full replacement of furnace, AC & humidifier. Some estimates were outrageous but Ignacio was right in the range of what I thought I would have to pay. He came out on a Friday to give me the estimate. He was so friendly and explained everything that would be done. I hired him that morning. He called his team and they got started right away. They were done with everything in about a day and a half. Even coming back early Saturday morning which I appreciated. When they were done with the installation he went over everything with me and answered all of my questions. I am extremely happy with the quality work they did. If you are looking for repairs, full replacement or anything to do with HVAC these are your guys!

edit - view the reply below, just b/c I had an old system they couldn't properly communicate or be professional? He confirmed that they DO work on those systems. Sure there would be a delay in ordering parts I was told. No problem, but that does NOT excuse the no show + no communication on TWO appointments.

Unfortunately Ignacio at New Era HVAC did not come through.

We scheduled originally for Saturday at 8am (he picked the time), so I woke up, was out waiting for them...no show. I text at 8:30a and get a reply that his technician had car issues. Ok...it happen I say to myself, give them a second shot.

Reschedule for Monday (today) "around 2" I text them at 2:14pm and ask if we're still on, no reply(although I can see that they saw the text). At 2:49 I text and tell them not to come that I'm going with someone else due to the lack of communication, and lack of professionalism.

I cant imagine if we had a complex issue that required parts orders, and follow up visits, etc...and how long it would take given they missed two appointments, and no communication. Looking elsewhere for my HVAC needs, and would encourage friends and family to do the same.

Looking for a heater and cooling company. I would highly recommend New Era HVAC, LLC. Ignacio did an excellent job.
He put a new furnace in one house and fixed the central air. In another house he did a complete heating system, registers and controls. He
didn't mind getting dirty to fix the problem. Ignacio, even did electrical work to insure our safety.
Stayed until he completely completed the system. All of this at a very competitive price and timely manner.

My furnace stopped working and I called New Era to check it out. They provided me some options of repairing my existing unit or purchasing a high efficiency new furnace. I was just going to get it repaired and they told me they offer financing and a warranty on parts and labor. I decided to just purchase a new furnace and air conditioning unit because I was having problems with it in the summer. They let me know the date and time they were going to come out. They were very respectful of property, installed everything in a timely manner, cleaned up behind themselves, and made sure everything worked properly before they left. Really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Will definitely recommend them to friends/family.

Agustin has installed several heaters and air conditioners for me and my family. Fast, friendly and fair. Highly recommend!

***** STAY AWAY OF THIS SERVICE PROVIDER***** WORST EVER***** they left me all night without AC and my house was at 83 degrees, I have a kid and two elder peopleat home and they did not care, they did not respond phone calls and not either text!! they are not professional. ***THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN****** STAY AWAY!!!

Professional, Honest and reasonable price company. Did an awesome work on our ac service and maintenance work on our furnace.

We called Augustin to fix our furnace he came the next day. Within the same week he was here to fix our furnace. I am very satisfied with the service. Augustin is very friendly and answered all of our questions.

I give Augustin 5 star because he came to my rescue when my furnace broke down in the middle of last week. He did not take advantage of the situation by changing extra money compared to other big companies. He was honest, sincere, hardworking, knowledgeable, gave me good prices for the furnace compared to others and installed it next day. He made couple of extra runs without any additional changes. He text me next day to make sure my new furnace was working well. I recommend him highly.

I had to call Nicor for a gas smell. They detected 2 leaky connections & turned off my gas until I could get an Hvac company in to replace them. Agustin was there within the hr & had the needed work completed quickly & efficiently.
