Worked with them couple year ago installed a new furnace left the door to the closet with out installing and wouldn’t close owner/supervisor came back made it right but when asked the people who worked on it they said I wanted to move it so what was the point which it was a questioned that I asked and never said it would be done any time soon. A year or so later we’re having issues because it wasn’t properly installed and didn’t inform of us new thing needed when installed first. All the times we scheduled for an appointment they never showed on time. Mail box is full and they don’t pick up. Takes them a very long to return call. Sworn person that came by was really nice but the only one that gives quotes is the owner/supervisor doesn’t really speed up the process. They had decent review and very disappointed they didn’t meet those reviews with us. Still waiting.

Maximum Heating & Air Conditioning replaced our water heater. They were able to come out and help us right away. Marco & his team are knowledgeable, caring & they do great work. Oh, it was also a great price. We've used them a few times in the past & we will continue to go with them!!

We had a terrible experience with this company and are still finding issues from the little work they did before we found a different company to hire. They threw away parts of our brand new furnaces that we needed, hooked up the AC units incorrectly, cut electric wires (and left them live!) that should not have been cut, etc. What a mess! Employees were even so lazy as to bury the plastic wrap under the AC unit pea gravel instead of walking the plastic wrap to the trash can. AC units were not level, we had to fix and purchase more pea gravel, etc. I do not wish this headache on anyone. Our contractor suggested them and I would never ever recommend them. Employees should not be trusted to do any work unsupervised.
Adding an edit after owner's comment: we are in your database - our contractor connected us and it would be under my husband's last name (different). It makes me sad that our "case" doesn't sound familiar to you at all.

They are good but couldn’t able to fix the issue. Still humidifier is leaking with few drops. They said Marcos will bring new filter and fix the issue.

Marco was extremely helpful answering all my questions. He was able to install a new complete system the next day. I recommend Maximum Heating and Air Conditioning for all services.

Very easy to schedule with and great overall communication. Technician was delayed, but they called and let me know. Ended up having issues with my furnace that they explained clearly and straight forward. Get it fixed the same day and made sure everything was working before they left.

The crew that installed my water heater was friendly and professional. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and went as far as wiping down the walls and door fram. I would definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone.

My heat went down. I called them. They came right away. They got my heat working. They didn’t charge me. The following day They came and replaced my exhaust motor and cleaned my ducts. They guaranteed their work and parts. I highly recommend.

We had some unexpected issues after moving back into our home this fall. First, we noticed a slight gas smell in the basement, and our CO₂ alarm kept going off, so we had to call the gas company to check for leaks. Around the same time—right before Thanksgiving—the weather dropped and our furnace suddenly stopped staying on or heating properly.

Our contractor contacted Maximum Heating and Air Conditioning, and they came out within a couple of hours. During the first visit the furnace seemed to work, but about 15 minutes after they left it shut off again. I reached back out, and they returned within three hours. They immediately noticed the furnace was behaving oddly. Marcos suspected a vent issue and, even though it was already dark outside, he got the furnace running well enough to keep us warm overnight.

The team came back the next day and discovered the real issue: the exterior vent had been covered by wood and siding during other work on the house. Once they uncovered it, the furnace worked perfectly—and the gas smell disappeared.

Throughout this entire process, their customer service provided by Marco was outstanding. He answered all my questions, responded quickly to text messages, and carried themselves with complete professionalism. They were patient, thorough, and genuinely committed to making sure our home was safe and warm.

Furnace went out the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and called Youngren’s given they did some previous work at my old house in Aurora. I was a bit worried they didn’t cover Lisle but am happy they do. Fantastic service all around and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future. Full HVAC replacement given the age of my equipment(27years)! Solid service and solid people with competitive pricing.
