I was awakened at 4:45 by a continuous, screeching furnace. I thought it could blow up or start a fire. Called Youngrens and left a message. They came at 8, bad motor, and gave me my options. I got a new furnace and air conditioner the next day. We have had Youngrens for over 50 years for our heating issues. Professional, honest, great work , clean, friendly, and helpful. Thanks.

I was told by previous HVAC company the humidifier attached to my furnace was old dirty and inoperable. I hired Youngren to replace it. The Tech came, inspected it and said it worked fine, the filter was new, and was just missing tubing. Suffice to say your word is everything. I will trust Youngren with all of my future needs.

Absolutely a great company for home service and repairs to heating and air conditioning! My furnace and air conditioning stopped working. Youngren’s sent out their serviceman named Andy, this guy was great! No only did he find and repair the “problems “, but also kept us informed each step of the way, he resolved our problems in less than an hour… Great Company and Serviceman!

Fantastic company. Furnace started making noises signaling an issue. Called to schedule a visit. Colton came out less than an hour later, diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part. He made a quick run to pick up the part and it was less than 3 hours after the initial call to get everything fixed and running as it should be. Would definitely recommend!!

I had used Youngrens in the past at my residence with fantastic results… so when I had two Sterling commercial heaters go out at my commercial building, Youngrens was my first and only call. Appointment was made, technician arrived perfectly on time, and repairs were completed on this same visit. Fantastic service, reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Quick and professional service. Tom (Sales) responded to my request for a quote by coming over the same day and provided a detailed proposal with multiple options which he explained completely. The installation happened a couple days later and was flawless. The technicians were both very experienced and did a beautiful job with the installation. I took notice of how careful they were not to damage my walls or floors as they move the old furnace out and brought the new one in. They answered all of my questions and left me feeling like I had made a good decision by choosing Youngren’s. Highly recommended!

Great and helpful service from beginning to end. Love the spring/fall annual service program that comes with a warranty! Joseph P was excellent and patiently explained what needed to be addressed on our units and why. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

The entire team was great to work with. Starting with Sean who made the purchase of our furnace and ac unit as easy as possible. He presented us with our options in an easy to understand digital format. The night prior to the installation an email was sent with the names and pictures of the guys that were going to install. The day of installation everything ran smoothly. The guys arrived at the scheduled time and were completely at the estimated time. They were very thorough, tidy, and had great customer service. I highly recommend.

Installer failed to do an adequate clean up after the installation. I found some sheet metal trimmings later in the day, actually stepping on one in my stocking feet. They were small enough that our cat could have swallowed them, and we would have had serious and possibly fatal consequences. The actual installation was great, and they were very courteous. I would suggest that one of the final steps would be to vacuum the work area to avoid the sheet metal incident. Additionally, we were not informed that we would need a dedicated router for interactive actions with the system because we had AT&T internet service that will not work with the Carrier system.

From the day they installed my new furnace and air conditioning they have been professional, knowledgeable and responsive.
My furnace is almost 2yrs old and the blower was vibrating. They came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and went to get the part to get it fixed the same day.
I'm very happy I stayed local and will continue to use them for our maintenance and service needs.

Buchner repaired our old system about 4 yes ago. We liked thier service so much within a month we had them install a whole new system and update our ducting. Since then we have only had 2 minor issues and they took care of them quickly. Highly recommend them.

We had Joseph come to our home for our yearly visit. He was very pleasant and did a great job checking our furnace and A.C. unit. He informed us as he was doing the inspection of everything. I would be happy to have him come into our home.

We have used Buchner for over a decade to keep our furnace and A/C humming along. The old furnace kept going way beyond its years and I attribute that to the regular tune-ups we received from Buchner. When the furnace finally met it’s demise last month, we got a quote-which was fair-for a new Carrier unit. We recognized the techs who came to install it and they were professional, knowledgeable and easy to interact with…it was low stress even though they were at our house for several hours. We knew this day was coming with the old furnace and glad we had an existing relationship with Buchner. We love our unit and feel the difference already. Thank you!

The team arrived when they said they would and worked efficiently to complete the replacement of our furnace & air conditioner. They kept me posted on their progress often. The whole experience with Buchner Heating, from our first contact with Sean until completion of the work, was great. They were very friendly, polite and considerate. I would highly recommend them. They also cleaned up so well you would hardly know they had been here.

The tech was on time, courteous, and provided us with the furnace cleaning and inspection. The tech told us the filter needed replacement and marked the size on the report. For the price of the inspection, it would have been nice if he replaced the filter.

However, after I ordered the size on the report, I realized the filter sticks out by an inch which I understand is not ideal for max efficiency, but this depends on where the filter starts/stop, so only cardboard sticking out seems okay.

Overall, we had a good experience and will reach out again if needed.

Pete was Great on time promt arrival, checked replaced filter, checked furnaces electrical circuits, ran furnace after checking in house thermostat operation, checked temperature heat flow from different in house ventilation vents, recommended lowest winter temp away from home settings. Was very straight forward and just a good honest person/ company to deal with.
