I was looking at reviews and was saddened by a bad review from a past customer. I have used Brian and Sons on several occasions and have had nothing but the best customer service and quality of work. Among services received are water heater replacement and install, furnace install, air conditioner install, and duct cleaning. Each time we were met with professional and courteous employees. We have been very satisfied with the all of the new products in our home and would definitely recommend Brian and Sons to everybody.

A contractor I use recommended Brian and Sons to install a new furnace and a/c a few years back. They did a great job and I have them do my yearly service. Their techs are always on time, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with the units they installed. I highly recommend them.

We originally called Brian and Sons out when we had problems with our furnace this past winter so didn’t hesitate to call them when our air conditioner sounded odd. Both times they came out quickly and repaired professionally. Everything was explained and completed quickly. The service men were friendly yet professional.

Great service. They were able to fit me in the day I called to look at my ac. Nick took the time to explain what was wrong with my ac unit and was able to repair it that day. Love that I received a follow up call from Joy to ensure I was happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Brian and Sons was extremely helpful. Our AC wasn't working properly when we woke up in the morning and we had someone out, who had it up and running before it even got hot out, that day. The technician kept us informed of what was going on, what the problems might be, and was transparent about costs. We were very pleased with their services.

Called for some rattling in my outside A/C unit. I put an online request in. She called me and had someone out within a few hours. Extremely nice, professional, explained everything in layman's terms. A/C seems to be working fine now. I really appreciate the response time.

Adding to my original review. Brian and Sons called me about scheduling my maintenance, which I appreciated because I forget these things and it was part of my maintenance plan. I was able to schedule at a convenient time. My Tech was very nice, very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

We’ve used Brian and Sons for several years and have been happy with our service each time! Our furnace went out this week and they had it replaced within 24 hours of their initial visit. The technicians are always professional, kind, and honest.

I just had them put in a new AC great pricing and customer service. The techs were amazing and explained everything and answered all our questions. Brian and Sons never disappoints you.

Brian and Sons has been servicing my heating and a/c needs for several years. I can rely on their knowledge & honesty. Brian did a clean and check of my a/c. It’s a pretty old unit but is in good shape. He was very personable and completed the clean/check in a timely manner. He was a pleasure to work with. 5 ⭐️’s!

We had a new furnace installed by Brian and Sons last year. We called for our 1 year cleaning and check. They came out, cleaned and checked the furnace and did find a problem. They were right on top of it. They managed to get the part and came back to install it the same day. They were a life saver. Thank God there are companies like them who are so very organized and put the consumer first. We are so happy we found them and consider them our "go to" if we should have a problem or need them. We also requested a dryer vent cleaning at the same appointment, and they were only too happy to take care of that issue too. Thanks for always having someone there to answer the phone and address our problems. You don't find that kind of service anymore. God Bless you and your company. Also many kudos to your techs. Brian and Sons has been great to work with. We replaced both our furnace and AC with them several years ago now and every time they come out for service, I am very pleased with their work. It's also refreshing to see female technicians. Overall very happy with our experiences.

I have been using Brian & Sons for a few years now. I originally called them out for an issue with my furnace that they quickly fixed. I have since had them twice a year for annual service of my furnace and AC. They point out things that are still good, but are wearing out. They don’t upsell me and I feel they are honest and hard working. I trust them much more than the folks on TV. Great company, great people, and great work.

We had our AC replaced by Brian and Sons. Not only were they by FAR the fairest price we encountered but they were the most honest company we got a quote from. Installation was quick and the new unit is running perfectly. I absolutely recommend them to anyone. Staff was all very friendly and professional. The whole process was simple.

2nd half of annual maintenance agreement. A/C inspection, cleaning, filter, etc. Numerous reasons we had to postpone service; B&S very considerate about this.

We had a great technician for our heat clean and check. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions I had about my humidifier. He was very personable, and efficient. I have a different technician each time it seems, but I liked this one a lot. His name was Nick P.

Our regular technician Paul always takes great care to explain everything he is doing and what options are available. Debbie and the office team offer prompt and comprehensive support whenever needed.

We have appreciated Brian and Sons and their courteous, professional service through the past several years. They installed our present furnace and air conditioner, and come out twice a year to clean and service them. Brett was just out today and did a thorough cleaning and check. Thank you so much for all that you do so well!

My furnace went out yesterday I thought it would be a day or two before they could fix it but they came out with in the hour and fixed it

We had a faulty/leaky hot water heater. Brian and Sons came out right away and replaced our hot water heater less than 24 hrs later! Owner answers her phone right away, all times of the day! Great company to work with!
