Hired them for heavy duty cleaning and furniture removal. Very helpful, efficient, and professional workers. Jason was a great project manager that kept me informed and always answered my questions. Would highly recommend and will use their services in the future in a heartbeat.

Came within hours of calling for service, even on an already very busy day for them. Were able to start right on the first day and finish setting up the next morning. Good Faith estimate was so much more reasonable than other quote I got from another company earlier in the day. Did a great, thorough job and no hidden costs above the estimate. Definitely recommend!

My experience started out stress free and remained so throughout the service. My initial call was to Cory, through a referral from Bryan Reifsteck(Aftermath Services, LLC.) Cory was very professional and personable and set up an appointment immediately.

Derek and Justyn responded to my house, assessed the situation and discussed the damage and options available to me. Both men were professional and personable, a true testament to a great company and great people. Everything was explained to me in detail and was included in the decision making. They also used progressive and non evasive technology(Thermal Imager) to detect levels of moisture in the affected areas to minimize deconstruction.

Once Spectrum's physical service was completed, I was given referrals for the rebuild of the damage from the water. They also submitted their invoice directly to insurance. Allison called and let me know billing was complete. At my request, Derek responded to my house to to pick up final payment.

From the initial call to Billing, Spectrum and its employees exemplified client satisfaction, best business practices and both a professional and personable demeanor that was above and beyond my expectations.

Unfortunately, I felt like they were just trying to take advantage of us. Had them come out to give a quote. They wanted $4000-5000 for a small bit of water coming in due to the extreme weather. What would we get for this outrageous price? A couple of high speed fans and dehumidifiers for 3 days - and of course a 'report'.
Used another, highly rated company and the cost was $500. They are also using high speed fans and dehumidifiers. No 'report' just the readings and facts.

After posting my initial review I did receive a call from the owner. Based on that call I did adjust this rating and added the comments below to reflect our conversation.
During our conversation, the owner was polite. At no time did he ask or try to persuade me to make any changes to the review. To one of his points, we did not use this company based on the initial estimate so the rating does not reflect the quality of their work. It reflects our experience and willingness to use or recommend them based on an estimate we were given for work that we told him we felt was excessive.

On the positive side - when I called they came out right away, and arrived they said they would. The owner told me he re-arranged their schedules to accommodate us. The initial visit and estimate is free - which is another bonus.

Spectrum Restorations is top notch. All the employees are always polite. They show up promptly in uniform no matter what time of day Including the middle of the night.
They are are go to company for all of our water and fire restoration needs.
I am always pleased with their work.

Had a great experience with Spectrum! We had carpets cleaned in the entire house. They were prompt, thorough and had great attention to detail. I definitely will be a repeat customer!

Spectrum Restoration has done work for me at two different properties on multiple occasions. The carpets look brand new when they are finished and their prices are very reasonable. Having them clean the carpets annually keeps the warranty in tact as per the manufacturer requirements and prolongs the life of your carpet. I would highly recommend Spectrum Restoration!!

We had Spectrum come and give us a quote for a mold job. They did a very thorough job in evaluating and explaining what needed to be done. Although we decided to go with someone because of a bunch of other work that needed to be done on our house, their staff is very knowledgable and friendly and I would highly recommend them.

I am really impressed with this company. I spoke with Brody over the phone and he was very helpful. He came out to look at the damage, and it was clear he had our best interest in mind. We ended up not needing restoration services, but if we ever do in the future we will definitely be contacting Spectrum.

Spectrum Restoration brought my wood floors back to life! There were several high-traffic areas where I thought the surface coating had worn off but was surprised to see it was actually that dirty! I thought cleaning my floors on a regular basis was enough and didn't even know you can get your hard wood floors professionally cleaned. Working with both Brian and Jamie from the company made me feel like a VIP (even after they patiently answered a thousand questions) ~ I like that!

Spectrum Restoration is the only company I trust to clean our property. They are always on time. The techs are polite and explain everything they are doing when cleaning our carpets. They will come and pick up our area rug and bring to their shop to clean and deliver back to our home. I would recommend them for any service they offer.

I don't have anything negative to say. I had a water pipe leak which in turn soaked the carpet in my bedroom. Derrick was the first one out and took time to assess the situation and explain it to me. He was happy to answer any questions and very personable. He brought out other workers and they set up the area with dehumidifiers and fans. They surrounded the perimeter to make sure to keep the area confined. Unfortunately it took several days to dry the area, however I am very pleased that I didn't feel like they were trying to take any shortcuts. They made sure it was thoroughly dried. They maintained contact and came out daily to assess. All staff were easy to work with. Derrick has even followed up with me weeks following the completion to be of any help he can be! Gave me a lot of useful information. I can say that should I ever need water restoration in the future I will not hesitate to call spectrum! Thanks again for your kind service!

I have had to use Spectrum twice...first was a Sump Pump failure that involved removal of carpet in our finished basement and second was a toilet overflowing from upstairs through to downstairs. Water is a tricky thing and you want to be sure you get it handled right to avoid mold. Speed is the key and Spectrum responded quickly both times!

I’ve used Spectrum many times over the last 5 years and I can’t say enough about them! They are professional, are always respectful of my home (wearing blue boots over their shoes), they put up guards around the corners to protect my walls from their equipment & I know the guys are background checked which I appreciate.

They’ve cleaned the carpet in several homes of mine as well as my mattress and pillows.

Spectrum also repaired my carpet after my dog chewed it. You literally couldn’t tell where my dog ripped up the carpet when Spectrum was done!

Russell & Jason have been extremely helpful from the beginning even during 4th of July weekend! Russell was out to our house within an hour of the initial call. They were professional yet personable which means the most to us! Took the time to explain & do what was needed to get everything dried up. Cleaned up the mess & made us feel comfortable getting things taken care of while we were out of town. Thank you for taking care of our house as if it was your own.
