I have used Alan H&C on multiple occasions. First time was an on call situation where our furnace went out on us on a very cold winter night and they came out diagnosed and replaced the heart of our furnace. Haven’t had a problem since and it’s been 2 years already. They also recently installed a humidifier into our furnace. Our home no longer has dry air. We purchased the preventative maintenance package and they come periodically to maintain our AC unit and Furnace. It’s totally worth it. Thanks again Alan H&C!!!

Last week Jeff from ALAN heating and cooling came to check my A/C, I was looking for a second opinion, because a previous company wanted me to replace my A/C, and it turned out that the only thing that I needed to replace was the capacitor. Jeff did a good job he cleaned the A/C check the levels and the A/C has been working since then. Thanks for being an honest service provider.

Great experience as a first time customer. We’ll be regulars from now on! Jeff came out on short notice bc we had no heat. He quickly found the problem. Came back the next day with the part & fixed it. He also found some other minor issues with the furnace & fixed those too! Can’t say enough about him & the company. Came back home from a long weekend on Sunday to find out my air conditioner was no longer working...typically this wouldn't thrust me straight to panic mode, however we are sitting upon the eve of the biggest heat wave of 2023.

I reached out to Jeff late Sunday evening and he assured me that he would be by to assess the issue first thing in the morning.

Just as he promised he was here the next morning. After a few hours of evaluating the situation he provided me with multiple solutions.

Given the age of my current unit, 30yrs (I know, I know, I know...should have seen it coming) I went with the replacement option.
Jeff was able to order and install the new unit within 24hrs! He worked all day to ensure me and my family were taken care of. Just in time for the impending heatwave.

Jeff came out and checked out my furnace after being quoted 850$ by shadow HVAC for a new blower motor. Jeff said that the motor was fine and I just needed a thinner filter. Easy fix. Thanks for the integrity and honesty. I’ll be calling Jeff in the future.

Jeff is the best! I am so happy I met him last year, as he is so very thorough, explains his services, and has taken excellent care of my air conditioner and furnace to date. I will highly recommend him to others.
I called him when my thermostat showed 65 degrees and I did not have any heat. Jeff came over that afternoon, replaced the motor and heat was on!! I am very grateful to Jeff for his efficiency and concern.

Jeffrey from Alan heating and cooling was amazing.
He came out on a short notice, diagnosed the issue with my water heater. And this is after I had called another company who told me there was nothing wrong with the water heater.
He ordered the parts promptly, and even came out on a holiday to replace the parts and made sure my water heater was working before he left.
