We have been customers of JDN Systems for many years here in Bartlett and today I was reminded why. Over the years, JDN has installed a new HVAC system (AC & Furnace after the old system gave out) and they have provided yearly maintenance for both systems as well.

Today, t's Sunday (6/28/20), hot as hades and humid and the outdoor compressor was turning on and off constantly. I knew that was not a good sign. I called JDN and left a message thinking, its Sunday and I'll have to wait until maybe Monday to hear back and was bracing for a difficult rest of the day and night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back in about 15 minutes with the Owner saying he has already sent someone to the house and they should arrive soon. To our relief, the issue was identified and then resolved. The AC was back on-line and working as designed.

We highly recommend JDN Systems and personally, as someone who is in the construction and real estate industry, and as a Licensed Architect and Senior Project Manager on facilities across the country, their services are outstanding.

The fellas at JDN really impressed me with my repair of the heating/ac unit. I was totally prepared for a total replacement after being told by a previous contractor that it had to be replaced. I decided to get an additional estimate for replacement and after JDN inspected it, it only needed a replacement part. They saved me thousands that I was prepared to spend and instead gained a loyal customer for life! I would strongly recommend them.

JDN was out in December to clean my furnace, and unfortunately found it needed to be replaced all together.
JDN was able to complete the install the following morning, clean, professional, reliable, and most of all reasonable with prices with exceptional products. They returned today to replace my AC before the summer time hits and once again, stellar service!! They have been my parents go to company, and will be mine as well moving forward!

I found JDN from a recommendation on my local Neighborhood website. I wanted to go with an independent small business because I had already been ripped off several years ago by a big company. And also because I am a small business owner and believe it's important to support other small businesses.

I called JDN after continuous service issues with Integrity Heating and Cooling. JDN quickly got to the root cause of the issue and identified a solution. They were excellent problem solvers, professional, communicative, and very easy to work with. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. I look forward to working with them in the future and have cancelled by existing service contract and will be using JDN for maintenance and repairs moving forward. We’ll done JDN!
