I recently had a new air conditioner installed. The experience from start to finish was great. Vince, the owner, came out to check my old air conditioner that wasn't working. I expected I might need a new unit. Vince confirmed the old one couldn't be fixed and clearly explained why I needed a new one. The technicians who came to install the new unit were on time, efficient, and respectful of my property. Overall, great to work with. I had the same positive experience when Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning installed my new furnace two years ago. I highly recommend this company.

Was recommend to Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning by my neighbor who went to school with Vince. The original plan was to have him come out and look at a AC/ heater unit at a house my sister was purchasing which he came out immediately. After talking with Vince and telling him about my house situation, we made an appointment to have him come out and inspect my units. I knew both my AC and heater was under size for the house but it was really undersized and the upstairs couldn't stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Plus our units were really old! We had a huge temperature difference upstairs as well. I received a quote to replace everything and a few days later I told Vince lets move forward. Vince had one of his techs come out for the install and the guy did an amazing job, service was quick, install looks great and he cleaned up the area really nice. I probably was a pain as I asked the tech a lot of questions but he answered everything and was very knowledgeable of the product. They made me very comfortable as I felt I had a true professional doing the install. A couple days later Vince called me to do a follow up and see how everything went and I told him about the great experience and how much of a difference it is in the house. Now I only have a two degree change in temp upstairs which we cant even tell unless we look at the thermostat. We are much more comfortable in the house now. I highly recommend any Bartlett resident who needs work done to call Vince and support a local in town family business!

We had the best experience with Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning. Our A/C went out on one of the hottest weekends of the year. They were able to install a new unit within a couple days. The customer service was top notch, and the technicians were friendly and efficient! Highly recommend!

The two gentlemen came in and introduced themselves very cordial went into the basement. Removed the old furnace and installed the new furnace in a faster time than I thought it was going to take him thank you Bartlett heating and air conditioning to a job all done

Vince is very accommodating on my need with options to finalize the cost, very short notice for the installation. The installation with the new furnace and AC were swift and out within 4 hours, with no startup issues. Strongly recommend Bartlett H&AC for HVAC needs.

My AC went out on a Sunday requested service for Monday and they were able to accommodate without issue. Unfortunately after evaluation it was my 27 year old compressor that went out. I chose to replace the AC and Furnace. They were able to schedule the complete install only 3 days after that. The pricing was good and their technicians, service, communication and knowledge was great. I would definitely recommend them.

This team is top-notch. We had a complete HVAC system installed. From Paige in the office., Sam and Wyatt the technicians and Vince the owner . They all walked us through the process. Brandon was excellent. He replaced a defective limit switch to fix the problem in about 30 minutes. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Had a pleasant, professional manner.

Thank you, Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning for continued years of servicing our home, no matter what the weather or circumstances might be. With cooler weather arriving , I turned on the furnace. The humidifier wasn't working and the air was dry. I changed the filter and turned it on, only to have water running out of the bottom onto the basement floor. I made the call yesterday and Brian took care of the issue today. Unfortunately, I had misplaced a functioning part of the humidifier, but Brian made a trip back to the shop-and then back here , fixed the humidifier and cleaned the furnace. Thank you, Brian for kindness, and patience in the matter. Thank you for running back and forth today, I can breathe! My experience for years has always been an honest and non sales pitch approach whether it’s a basic routine check up or a furnace replacement. I always recommend this company to anybody who asks for a recommendation. Good honest people.

Honest service repair department

I was looking to have a A/C checkup/maintenance for my system, it is an older unit and has R22. I have had this done for a heating unit before and they looked at the air handler. My a/c unit is in the attic and I waited until it got cooler because it is really hot up there in summer.

On 10/17 I had a different company come out and tell me it is low on coolant and this is why its not working. I said it has been working like a champ all summer. I just didn't know if maintenance was ever done on it. He said well, they were not making the R22 anymore and I need a new air conditioning system. I said R22 is still being sold and asked if I bought some could he put it in for me. He looked at me puzzled and said he never had anyone ask him that before and why would I want to do that.

In googling for some installation companies I called Bartlett heat and air and talked to a service tech. He said they do have R22 for these older systems and that you cannot get a accurate reading of the coolant when weather is colder and it will read low. If my unit was working all summer it is probably fine.

I am definitely giving Bartlett Heating and Air a call in the early summer to have this done again and check out the system.

The first tech that came was so pleasant, he really was very nice and caring. I wish I could remember his name!! I had to get a new furnace. The other techs who put the new furnace in where very polite. This will be the only company I will be using for now on!

Best service around. Never push to upsell you. Furnace is 26 years old and we know it won’t last forever. It still running great and the simple say budget for a new one not you need one. A/C is under warranty with them and he changed out the capacitor because he didn’t like the way it looked. Always on time. Pricing is very competitive.

The whole experience was perfect from the initial phone call asking for a quote, to the completion of installing the air conditioning and furnace. Paige was so nice and was able to get someone out the same day for a quote. Vince, one of the owners came out to do the quote and was again so knowledgeable and down to earth! I needed installation as soon as possible and they were able to do it within a few days. They brought out a portable air conditioner no charge for our Bedroom. I would highly recommend Barlett Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone! The workers were awesome, the install was 2 days after-getting the quote. The price was lower than all of the other quotes I received and they had 0% financing for 25 Months.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish! Matt was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know about our new home furnace and shared plenty of helpful insights. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

These days, spending money on your house whether for a planned project or unplanned repair, finding a business that you can not only trust to do the work but also offer the customer experience that at least matches and at best exceeds your expectations is rare.
Shoddy roofers dumped, roofing, siding, and materials into our AC unit causing a cyclone of bad & carless decisions by our roofing company clanged around damaging the coil and fan, spewing what it could up through the top.
The costs and stress of the roofing work had already put us past the scope of what were prepared to handle. Fortunately, before I could yet again look up at the sky and ask why every contractor brought bad luck, I pulled up Bartlett’s number. We had used them for a furnace check earlier in the year. They picked up immediately, & listened. Not, ‘you’re matter is important to us…you’ll hear back in a few days.’ They were as concerned about what had happened, not just through our long ordeal with the roofers but for the AC unit they installed.
Bartlett said they would have someone come out ASAP as our roofer wanted to open the AC himself so that he could inspect and clean it on his own. That wasn’t going to happen. Vince came out and assessed the unit and cleaned it out. He was extremely helpful in going over the damage to our unit that was only about 7 years old, asked what our intentions were as far as if we were looking to repair the unit, live with the damage to it, or replace it. He explained and fairly documented each option going over the pros and cons of each taking into account our current indoor equipment, ductwork, and performance expectations. His documentation helped us work with our roofer to understand the cost of their damages.
We made the decision that repairing the damaged unit would be much of the cost a new unit would be. Vince had given us multiple options for our budget with zero push to sell us any of them. He continued to be transparent on each choice. We decided on a new Lennox 4-ton unit with matching evaporator coil.
As Vince had been, every person from Bartlett whether on the phones or those that arrived for the install treated us like we were part of their family and respected our house as such. The install team was great and made sure any changes to our ductwork/etc we understood especially since the new unit is the new R454B type which required some additional required sensors, etc.
After install, I had some questions on the unit and its efficiency due to confusing government energy guide labeling and Vince spent an entire weekend making sure everything was correct. Because a larger unit was installed, some things had to be modified for the indoor coil and space to make some of the changes was limited. Vince took the time to come out and look at everything and listen and came up with a plan to make everything as perfect as possible. I do not know any other business or company that would without hesitation take the time to even consider doing that.
Within a day, he had a team come out and make some adjustments and even upgrade our humidifier with a new model that not only performed better but does not leak and have all the other problems the former unit had by design. This team took their time to make everything not just fit but to work better than the old equipment could ever have done.
I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop only because of the terrible time we’d had with the roofers and any other company that serviced or replaced anything in our house. Before they left, they made sure to ask if everything looked good, the install\cleanup\etc. I actually smiled and told the technician that it all looked amazing and like someone that cared did all the work.
A very long story short, if you through need or desire to change HVAC equipment or service any of it, do not hesitate to call Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning. They respond as quickly and with the care a family member would give you and your house and treat the smallest jobs with the same detail as the large ones.

I just experienced the best service from Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning that I have had in my entire 38 years of owning my home. I had a clean and check scheduled for an older furnace on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. That all went as expected, no problems or issues. Later in the evening I noticed the house was chilly and went to check the furnace and found it wasn't running. I called Bartlett's office and was informed they couldn't return until the next day. About an hour later I got a call saying they adjusted the schedule and someone would be by shortly. The company owner, Vince DeGeorge showed up, diagnosed the problem, tried to track down the part (couldn't because of the late hour on a holiday weekend) went back to the shop AND returned with space heaters. The new part was installed the next day, Bartlett Heating and Air covered the cost. They then returned the following day with gift cards and an apology for our inconvenience. I am still amazed and thankful the problem was handled with such FAIRNESS and INTEGRITY.
