Used these guys previously for an A/C replacement, so when our furnace stopped working, we knew who to call. They were out reasonably quickly, established what the problem was, and had a solution for us the same day. I appreciated that the tech didn't try to sell us something we didn't need - he told us our options and told us what would work best, even if that wasn't the most expensive option.

We had our furnace checked by 4 seasons and they told us our furnace was damaged and should either be fixed ($5000) or get an entirely brand new system which would cost between $10,000 and $13,000. They told us our furnace was unsafe to run. We called Bartlett Heating & Air they came by and did a full inspection, cleaned our sensors, tested for carbon monoxide, and assured us that our furnace was in great and safe working condition. I would fully recommend Bartlett Heating & Air an honest company that cares!

I called in a panic this morning when my heat was not working properly. Lauren who answered the phone was so quick and helpful and had someone scheduled to come to my house between 9-12. Then, Brian arrived at 9:30 and realized my furnace just needed to be cleaned. What a life saver! Thank you all so much. Quick, reliable, AFFORDABLE service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were the most cost effective place to install a new furnace, humidifier and A/C unit last year and our furnace check up and service this week was fast & thorough with all necessary supplies available! We would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

When I was on vacation my furnace went out. I only knew because my cleaning person told me the house was cold. They showed up a day later to tried and fix my 35yr old furnace. They identified some non repairable safety issues and recommended replacing the furnace. Also, replaced my Thermostat so I could monitor and control on my phone. Got me on the schedule and provided 4 space heaters for me to use in the meantime. This all while I was away! Day of replacement, they completed the job in a few hours! Would highly recommended Bartlet to anyone!

Easy-peasy! Very easy to work with, their quote to replace my 30-year-old furnace was easy to understand and straight forward. Their pricing was competitive. They showed up on time and got the job done. The two technicians were very professional and took the time to make sure I understood my new furnace, it's new thermostat.

Great company and great service. They were able to schedule me for same day service because I was having problems with my Furnace. Vince was the tech, who did a great job at figuring out that all it needed was some cleaning. He sure saved the day and my wallet !! I use them every season for maintenance and cleaning and their prices are always fair and reasonable, their work is always great.

Furnace had issues early Monday morning, they came out within a few hours and had the unit working. Unfortunately we did need to get a new furnace, cause ours was 30 year old. They quoted us a good price and by Wednesday morning they had the new furnace installed. Their techs were very polite and did a great job on the instal and clean up.

Brandon just left, great service and excellent personality as usual. You guys hire the friendliest technicians! We need more people like Brandon in this world! My only recommendations are give this kid a nice fat raise and a fatter IRA! Every time a Bartlett Heating guy comes for my service I have stronger confidence in the young people of America!

We have used them for over 15 years. All the staff are wonderful polite and helpful. The loyalty that they have for their customers is incredible. Just installed heater and air conditioner. Left my home with instructions on how to use the thermostat. They even wiped my floor. Wouldn’t use any other company.

I scheduled a rep to inspect and service our furnace and the experience was excellent top to bottom. The appointment process was with a friendly person that worked with my schedule. The technician was prompt, polite and friendly, and gave me some great tips. The price was fair, and I feel like I've found my HVAC company for as long as I own the home. Had a very good experience with the Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning team. From the onset, to estimation, financing, and through the installation they were true professionals. It started with the annual check up of my AC. The freon was low and had leaks. I needed to make tough decisions on how to proceed. This team was honest and gave me all the options I needed to make the best decision for myself. After consulting with the owner I came to decision to replace both my AC and furnace with a Carrier brand. They gave a fair competitive price and 0% interest for 2 years. On the day of the installation they were prompt and on time. There were 4 of them who worked on installing the AC, furnace, and walking me through the thermostat. Everything took less than 4 hours and they were out the door. True professionals. Would definitely recommend them to others.

This was my first time using Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning Company for a furnace cleaning, and I was extremely pleased with the experience. Brandon was the technician who came to service my furnace. He took the time to show me what he was doing and explain why it was necessary. He also helped me understand how to properly maintain both the furnace and humidifier filters, and what to look out for.

From scheduling to service, Bartlett makes it easy. They are honest and fair! We had Brandon come out today! He fixed our issue with our humidifier, explained what he did & answered all our questions. They care about their customers! A great family owned business!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

On January 28, 2026, my elderly father-in-law’s furnace stopped working and his home dropped to 60 degrees. I called Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning, and from the first phone call the experience was excellent—friendly, professional, and fast. They had a technician on site within an hour.

The tech was honest and transparent. The furnace was 23 years old, the blower motor had failed, and the mounting bracket was broken. He went above and beyond by fabricating a temporary bracket and installing a spare motor so my father-in-law had heat overnight.

The next morning a three-person crew arrived at 9am and completed the full replacement by 2pm. I stopped by later to inspect the work—having spent 7 years in HVAC, I can say this was a top-notch, professional installation. Clean, organized, and done right.

Bartlett didn’t just gain one customer—they gained several. Highly recommend.

They are great, my first time using and I will be customer for life now. Very fair and mostly very honest, could of sold me new furnace which another Company said we needed instead they were able to repair at a fraction of the cost. Performed different tests, cleaned different things that the other company did not. 5 stars and an a+ from me!

Every aspect of interacting with Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning was amazing. Their customer service and professionalism is what I wish for whenever I have to call a new company for the first time. They responded quick and after assessing why my heat stopped working they laid out options with pros/cons of each. Since my furnace was 23 years old I decided my best option was to replace it. Besides what proved to be a very competitive price, the 2 installers that came out could not be more polite and professional. The respect for my house and the perfection of the installation left me felling like the least I could do is leave a review for company.
