Very glad I chose Hi Lite Electric to help me out. I got to work with Ed who was very nice and had the experience to know exactly the issue I was dealing with. He provided mulitple solutions, described in detail what each one was, and how long it would take.

We were lucky enough to have quick service from Hi-lite. Scheduling was a breeze, and so nice to have a real person to relay my wish list to! Miseal was our electrician. He is professional, knowledgeable and communicated the prices up front. We have some other wishes down the road, and we will use Hi-lite for all our electrical needs. We had surprise electric failure, and Ezequiel was quick to respond and troubleshoot. He explained all of his troubleshooting steps and pricing beforehand, and was right on the money in what he expected. Afterwards, he made sure every affected outlet/switch was back on for us and inspected outlets for possible damage.

He was a professional throughout the process, keeping our home tidy, wearing booties, and explaining complex electrical subjects in simple terms.

This is the third time Hi Lite has helped me out in an emergency (for me), and based on Ezequiel's performance today, I would definitely recommend them again.

Negligent. I wanted to say that the work was messy, but you have to not care to leave a home is messy as Brian. He left pieces of metal and wood and wire everywhere! Please reference the attached pictures. I have small children. These scraps are dangerous for them. He even left his receipt. I also found a piece of his thick metal pipe almost 9 inches long that was right next to his van. He left piles of sawdust under his cuts. His cuts were not clean. He cracked my trim the length of a foot and a half. I will have to replace that entire piece of trim. He didn’t go over the project with me before he left. He just said that he was done and asked to collect payment. He seemed anxious to leave for the day. Since he left so much of his work behind and cleaned so poorly, I consider his job unfinished. I had to finish it by keeping my children away until I could clean up after him. We will also have to fix his very jagged drywall cut and the trim next to it. Professionals make better cuts. I have never had someone work at my home who left such a mess. It makes me question his work and professionalism. Though they have done good work for me in the past, but I will not call Hi-Lite again.

HiLite electrician came out for a 100amp panel replacement quote. We are selling home and I told the electrician specifically what we were looking for given we are selling our home. He looked through internal and external areas and came back with a $12,800 quote with excessive extras and saying he could knocked down the price if I signed up for a membership. What a joke. I have had 2 other electricians out that were extremely fair and discuss with me reasonable options. I was also charged me $85 for the $12,800 quote. I am putting this out there for people to see. We will never be using this company in the future. Do your research.

Hi Lite Electric is an excellent company with electricians that are courteous, professional, and thorough in the work that they do. Including pre-and post engagement with the customer. PS they clean up when they leave the job site !

And the management sends you a text message to let you know when they will be arriving and a map showing you their location as they are travel to your location.

I highly recommend this company and their electricians! You won’t be Disappointed in any way shape or form. I’m looking forward to bringing them back next spring to upgrade my outside light fixtures.

Ed arrived on time, checked the problem and asked if there were any other concerns in the home. He had everything on the van to remedy the problem and shortly it was taken care of. He was friendly, professional and efficient.
Hi Lite offers an affordable yearly maintenance program that Ed explained.
I would highly recommend Ed if you need an electrician.

Hi-Lite Electric came out to "quote" work for a 100-amp panel replacement. I let it be known to them right away that that was what we were looking for as what was requested on the home inspection. The electrician came back with a $12,800 quote adding 5-6 additional items that he felt were necessary. I had the work quoted from two other certified and qualified electricians who were 12x less expensive, understood the scope of work, and were extremely professional. Hi-Lite charged $85 for the $12,800 quote. What an absolute joke. It's unfortunate to as we are moving to Batavia but will absolutely not recommend this company to anyone in the area. There are reasonable people out there so do your research folks! Avoid Hi-Lite Electric.

I hired Hi-Lite Electric to install conduit for my new pool. Jake came out to review the work, explained everything that needs to be done and wrote up the invoice. On the day of the work he arrived on time with Art and Oscar. They completed the work professionally and left the area neat and ready for inspection. I can’t praise them enough. Oscar finished the work the next day and I was thoroughly impressed with his work ethic. Thank you guys! I highly recommend this company and look forward to hiring them in the future when needed.

Needed a ground wire ran for a new dishwasher. They were able to get Misael Saenz to come out the same day. He gave me an exact cost estimate, and he was able to get the job done quickly. I'm very happy with their service.

The entire customer service experience with Ed and Hi Lite was phenomenal. From quick scheduling, detailed communication and text message reminders with the ability to track electricians’ ETA, I greatly appreciated the transparency through my quote and installation appointments. Ed was present for both of these appointments and was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. He was also courteous when I decided to pursue only one of the three items that I received quotes for. He installed a new exhaust fan in the primary bathroom (14 ft ceilings), and ensured that the exhaust out through the attic was performed correctly rather than just replacing the fan. He and Oscar did an excellent job cleaning up as well, which was greatly appreciated. We will certainly reach out again for future needs. Thank you Ed!

Technician was excellent. It was a little pricey but the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to get it done quickly. They came out within a couple hours of my call. You do pay for what you get and this company does it right so I will use them again.

I recently used the electrical service from Hi - Lite Electric for my clinic. We need to resolve a few items before our fire inspection to keep the clinic open. Michaela from the office was very knowledgeable with what the fire inspector wants based on city codes, and was able to get an electrician on site to accommodate us. The electrician Ezequiel that came out was professional and explained to me what was going on. He was an able to get all the violations resolved at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. They do both commercial and residential.

We really enjoyed our experience with Hi-Lite Electric. Nick B. was a great electrician. We were given a window of arrival and he arrived right at the start. He was quick, straight forward, honest, and provided a lot of insight on the issue and even offered advice on how I could fix some of the issues myself and the correct tools to use. We will definitely use Hi-Lite again in the future and request Nick specifically. Highly Recommend.

The experience from beginning to end with Hi-Lite Electric was smooth. Customer service was cordial and patient with me as I had to reschedule my appointment multiple times. The technician Ezequiel was also fantastic. He was polite and explained the work that needed be done in detail. He performed three light fixture installations in my kitchen and utility room cleanly and efficiently. He also gave me a very reasonable estimate for future work related to electric outlet replacement and rewiring for my master bedroom. I also enrolled in the Advantage Club which gives me peace of mind of having one company to call moving forward and having a yearly electrical safety checkup. Our Hi-Lite technician ,Ezequiel , did a great job replacing our bathroom exhaust fan, performing a whole house electrical inspection, and offering suggestions & estimates on some future work I asked him about. He has a great manner, works hard, cleans up, and keeps you informed on job progress. This was our first experience with Hi-Lite and will use them again as needed. We couldn't be happier!
