We reached out to Moonscape after reading so many positive reviews. Moonscape did not disappoint. Mark went above and beyond with customer service. We were right on the border of could we get the lights installed before the weather turned. As soon as Mark saw an opening, he bumped up our install date and the team did a great job. His customer service and follow up and follow through has been wonderful. The uplighting on our home looks beautiful as well!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Moonscape Landscape Illumination, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the outset, Mark, the owner, impressed us with his pleasant demeanor and professionalism. The lighting technicians who installed our fixtures were equally outstanding.

Unlike other companies we contacted (five in total), Moonscape didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary features. Instead, they provided the most competitive quote and ensured we got exactly what we wanted. Their commitment to customer satisfaction didn’t end with the installation; they offered to work with us afterward to ensure we were completely happy with the final result.

We decided to highlight the exterior brick and masonry features of our front facade and uplight some mature trees in the front yard, as well as a few in the rear yard. The transformation is remarkable—our home, once one of the darkest lots in the neighborhood, now casts a beautiful, warm, and soft glow. We love how our property transitions when the sun goes down.

We highly recommend Mark and his team of professionals. We started engaging with Mark in May and immediately knew that he would be the person to install our lighting. He educated us on what would be best for her house as if it was his own house. In addition, he is a great guy that cares about exceeding his clients expectations, which he did! He was patient since it took us 5 months to make a decision and he just finished installing the lights today. It looks awesome and brightens up our house in every way!!!!

Mark Graf is a creative and thoughtful lighting designer who has an eye for creating a lighting plan to accentuate the beauty of your home and landscaping without going overboard. Installation was quick and seamless too!

I can't say enough good things about Mark and the crew at Moonscape. We were buttoning up our recent pool project when I finally thought about lighting (Patio bistro and tree/landscape). I contacted Moonscape and they were out the next day working on a design. It took only a couple of days to work through the design and the lights were in before we knew it!

I wanted a modest (not ostentatious) accent lighting scheme for my mid-century modern home and contacted Mark , the principle of Moonscape. He was prompt to reply and set up an appointment to review my needs. He correctly anticipated what I was looking for and came up with a great plan at reasonable cost. Installation by his associates Mark and Matt was done professionally and efficiently with respect for my property and was minimally invasive. Their boss Mark took the time necessary to incorporate his system into my existing KASA application for full automation from my iPhone.
And he agreed to come back and “tweak” the system to fulfill all my expectations. Bottom line , I have been very impressed with the entire process, and I love the new lighting scheme.

Mark and his crew has been a pleasure to work with over the years. Had my backyard lighting installed close to 10 years ago and they look as good and perform as the day they were installed. Mark is professional, responsive and have fully supported the service required over the years. Most of the issues that I have experienced were from weather damage or some of the wildlife chewing up some wires which Moonscape addressed in a timely and professional manner.
