I've been using Neri for years as Geno slowly transformed my lot from an overgrown and untamed mess into a beautiful, cohesive, design. The final work was completed this year and I could not be more thrilled. Neri has been a great partner and I highly recommend them if you want someone who will work with your ideas and see a vision through.

We recently purchased a home in St Charles in December. We have a large oak in the front yard that had some of the greatest lighting effect that I had ever seen! After the winter thaw, I had a chance to inspect my property further and realized a had an additional tree with the same lighting but was not working. I got a hold of Mark and he and his crew came out very promptly. They were very professional and knowledgeable, they identified the problem that day and returned quickly with the items to make the repair. Wow! My front yard looked so great and unique that when my wife wanted flood lights for the backyard I contacted Mark. He identified a tree in our backyard that could be used to get the same effect in our backyard. Our backyard is now illuminated as if the Moon just sits above us. We absolutely love it! Soft subtle light allows us to enjoy our backyard without the glare of “flood” lights and the bugs that that are drawn to them.

Our entire experience from the initial consultation through the installation was extremely professional with the very knowledgeable staff. After our first meeting, Mark provided multiple design options at various price points for us to choose from. The installation occurred within 2 weeks of selecting our options and was done efficiently by courteous staff members. Mark came for a night follow up visit to make sure we were satisfied with the lighting and make any adjustments if needed (none were needed in our case). Mark and his team at Moonscape helps us with uplighting our cedar beams on our porch, some trees and paths to our fire pit. About six weeks ago I needed to find a new exterior lighting solution. My landscaping company highly recommended Moonscape as a possibility. I met with Mark Graf and was super impressed with his ideas and professionalism. He and his team installed some up and down lights along our long driveway. In a word the result was fantastic! They also addressed several other issues around our yard and pier. This is our second installation with mark and his team. Our new home had an extremely complex preexisting lighting system. Mark and his team evaluated the best path forward, communicates the cost and outlined the specific dates it would be completed. They exceeded our expectations and brought the old system to life by adding more efficient lights and repairing countless broken wires. Our first experience with moonscape was a brand new system. I recommend them for either type of work.

I called Moonscape Lighting for a service appointment when backyard lights stopped working after underground wiring was accidentally cut during spring landscape work. The Moonscape team arrived for the appointment on time, quickly located the line breaks in the ground and got the lights working again. They also went through and cleaned all the lenses / checked and optimized lights positioning for best look. I was happy with how the team addressed the main issue I called about and pricing was reasonable. I am giving a review of 4 rather than 5 stars because we also have a couple of lights at the top of the house and in a tree out front that are out and those bulbs could not be replaced during the service appointment because the team dispatched to my house did not have the appropriate ladder to be able to reach them. It would be more efficient if all lighting maintenance needs could be addressed during the same appointment.

I cannot say enough great things about Mark and his team. We had exterior up-lights placed in the front and back of our home and the result is breathtaking. Everyone we dealt with were very helpful, patient and responsive when questions arose. I would highly recommend Moonscape to anyone looking to improve the appearance of their home.

Owner Mark was extremely responsive to my initial inquiry and consistently followed up with me. His crew was polite, professional, respectful but most importantly excellent technicians. I have attempted to get several estimates from other landscape lighting companies but got little, late or no reply. The Moonscape crew tackled my messy yard lights which were broken, poking out of the ground with exposed wires everywhere. All lights are put back in place, wires buried and fully functional. I was very impressed with Moonscape Landscape Illumination.

Right before the onset of COVID - late 2019 - Mark put together a lighting plan / proposal. Fast forward over two years to the spring of 2022 when we reconnected with Mark - and it felt like we hadn’t skipped a beat. Mark was incredibly responsive, fair, knowledgeable and professional. His team was on time, very professional and did an excellent job. Mark aims to please and said as much - for small things like ensuring the house number was properly illuminated “if you notice this is too much of a shadow, call me and we’ll fix it”. That’s exactly the level of service you’ll get - honest, real and responsive. Highly recommended.

Mark was extremely responsive. The converted an dated high voltage lighting system into a low voltage system. The workmanship was terrific. The team was extremely knowledgable on light placement and impact to the overall lighting landscaping results.

We found that Moonscape Landscape Lighting had originally installed some outdoor lighting for the previous owner of our house. We contacted Mark about updating the lighting. He remembered the prior owners from years earlier, was very professional and provided us with a bid to perform the needed updates. When we informed Mark that our goal was to have the update performed next spring, he did not pressure us, nor did he appear to be disappointed. He just wanted us to be happy with the results.
