Tony came out on super short notice and even waited for us to get to the house. Took time to explain how my well works and put me at ease with the workings of our well system. Had our water flowing again within 30 mn.

I had them check out a pipe because i was told it was in bad shape. They came out, inspected and told me it was fine. Didnt charge me anything, honest guys. Will be using them forever now.

Fantastic service. Pump went out on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Was told by competitors the soonest they could come out was Tuesday. This meant no water for two days!!! Called Luke Land and was told they would be out in 45 minutes. They showed up on time pulled and repaired the pump with no extra charge for a Sunday emergency call. Would highly recommend this quality customer friendly company.

I'm on well and septic and I woke up on Sunday with an inch of water in my utility room. The dummy that I am thought it was my well so I called Luke Land. Bill came out right away on a Sunday and diagnosed the problem. It was a failed ejector pump and not the well. Bill could not have been nicer about it and even recommended an amazing plumber for the job, Tyson w/ Guthrie Plumbing. Appreciate Bill's professionalism and prompt service on a Sunday! Will be calling again for all of my well needs :).

Very super nice company! One year they replaced my wellpump in the freezing cold! Today, They fixed my leaky well pipeline and made it better. They found the problem and corrected it correctly. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. Highly recommend to everyone.

Our well pump was disabled due to a lightening strike nearby. After I noticed two of my neighbors used Luke Land I called and Bill arrived the next day. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and the new pump was fairly priced. It's a relief to know water can again be provided for my family!

I called 5 different well companies for a quote and luke land was by far the best. They knew exactly what had to be done without even taking the cap off the well. They also had the most reasonable price and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend if you need any well work.

I called Luke Land last night after our well stopped pumping. They came out this morning to replace the pressure tank (a project I had been delaying). I was afraid I would need a new pump, but they traced down the issue and indicated that pump was still working well. Professional, personable, and quality service and very fair pricing. Called Luke Land about a water leak that was flooding our basement, Bill was out in 20 minutes to access the problem, he immediately called Julie to come and flag. The next day Mark and Steve were out and worked like crazy fixing the leak.They were fastidious in in their repair and left the house in very clean condition. I recommend them highly.

We are so happy we found Luke Land Well and Pump. Our well’s water pipe broke and we were very anxious after getting an outrageously high quote from another company. Luke Land came out right away, gave us a much lower and fair quote, and they returned the next day and did the work. They had to do quite a bit of digging to get to the pipe and they took the time to minimize damage to our landscaping as much as possible. I’m very grateful.

I wasted almost 4 months chasing several of Chicago’s ‘leading’ well companies around trying to get my deep well pump replaced. All I got from them was the back burner or the cold shoulder. Luckily I found Luke Land! Within two weeks of calling them Bill and Steve came out and replaced my deep well pump and pressure tank. They were done in a few hours and for a great price.

Awful service! I was being told that everything is scheduled and now it’s 2 weeks since nothing is done and no one ever showed up. I’ve tried to call several times until they stopped answering my calls. Why would you schedule something knowing you won’t do it?!

I called Luke Land Well & Pump Service on an early morning thinking I have an issue with my well pump. I spoke with Bill and he walked me through steps to diagnose the issue. He reassured me that he will be visiting the next morning and check the system for himself. Thankfully there were no issues found with my system. I highly recommend this company, as their customer service is beyond excellent. I will call them next time I need anything with my well.

Very satisfied customer. Bill and Steve are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Fixed our leaky well in about two hours. Dug up as small an area as possible at the pump and scraped the grass clean when they were done, leaving a minimal pile of dirt around the pump. Also replaced the well cap, and changed the corroded fittings at the holding tank in the crawl space to prevent leaks. I highly recommend them!
