Had issues with our well tank today, Bill and team came out just a few hours after we contacted them and replaced it at a very fair price. Great people, great work - I am glad to see he is continuing with the same great service that Luke always provided. Highly recommend!

What can I say about Bill and company..... One thing is for sure I will never call anyone else again for my well water needs. When you call Luke Land Well there are 3 things that you will definitely get.

1. Honesty- Bill was the only person to tell me no to waste my money on something I didn’t need. As a new home owner with a well I had no clue what kind of well pump I had and needed. Bill advised me to stick with what I have currently as it is functioning and no need to fix something that is not broken. Not only that but he advised when I do need a new pump I don’t need to spend 5K on a variable pump as I don’t have pressure issues.

2. Quality of Work- I had Bill replace my pressure tank for my well system, he and his teammate did a spectacular job. I usually judge a job on how someone nice the pipes and the joints look but also on how my house is left post work.

3. Best price in town- I go quotes from 5-7 different companies before I went with Luke Land for my pressure tank job along with a quote for a new well pump. Everyone just threw out a price for which some were 30-50% more expensive then Luke Land.

What more can one want from someone they are doing business with? I have been giving everyone in my neighborhood Luke Lands number as they had been amazing. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

Luke land well and pump are the best. They have helped me twice for emergencies. They are very friendly, arrive within the hour and are affordable. Bill and Mark are friendly and capable. They called Julie for immediate utility marking and the job was done and I had water that day. I can't recommend them enough!

Great well repair company, I highly recommend and they have the best price for pump replacement. My previous pump from another company died just a few days after the 5 year warranty, and it appeared that company was out of business. Turns out they eventually called the next day in the evening and were willing to honor the warranty, so I regretfully had to cancel this appointment. It would have been understandable if they were rude or mad, but they handled it like true professionals. I will definitely hire this company for future repairs, thank you!

Would highly recommend Luke Land Well & Pump. My water went out completely one morning. I called the original installers of the pump and got quoted $8k but could start today. When i said i wanted to call around, the guy then said it could be weeks before they could do the work if we didn’t start today. I called Bill at Luke Land and he was at the house within an hour. Quote was significantly cheaper for exact same services (tank size, well depth and pipes, etc). They finished the job that day ahead of estimated time and the job was cheaper than the original quote. Super happy with the job!

Very happy with Bill and the teams work permanently sealing our well. Other companies gave up quickly when they realized the well pump was stuck and in an inaccessible location of our basement. Luke Land didn’t give up on it and eventually got everything out to be able to seal the well. Highly recommend.

Excellent company we suspected our well pump went out, we called that evening around 6pm and the owner came out the next morning shortly after 9am. On the phone he gave us the pricing expectations based off the issue we were verbally reporting and during the servicing he was right on point. We recieved excellent customer service and he allowed me to observe and ask questions as we went and i would definately recommend them in the future to replace your well pump if needed and ours definately needed it! Also he was very organized and tidy during the whole process.

Luke Land Well & Pump Service is a great company to work with for difficult jobs such as well pump replacement in my backyard where the service truck does not have access and only portable equipment’s are to be used. I found them through google and reached out to Bill on 30th December for a well pump replacement and he was able to schedule the job for 31st December (Last day of the year). In such a short notice, he sent Steve and Mark to tackle the job, and their experience proved me that I made a right decision. The pump replacement was done with great care and with no errors. They also adjusted the pressure in the well tank and pressure switch for better water pressure. They shared their knowledge along the way and their maintenance instructions were simple to understand. The job was done with detailed paperwork and most importantly with very fair pricing in the marketplace of contractors.

Being a first time home owner is stressful especially when you wake up with no water. We had a few people come help us fix the issue to no avail. We paid $150 to have another company come out to diagnose our problem. They were at our house 5 mins and gave us a very high quote. After some stress and tears we came across Luke’s business and he had glowing reviews. We called him and told him what happened and he was at our house in 20 mins. I have never met such a nice business owner. He explained everything to us and gave us a very fair price. He took his time diagnosing the problem and opened the well and checked the wires when the other repair man didn’t. He came the next morning at 8am and replace our pump in a few hours. He made a very stressful situation manageable. It is nice to come across such an honest man who was willing to take his time to walk us through everything and give us a great rate. Once the pump was replaced we had very little pressure and he stayed and figured it out. I could not recommend someone more.

Top tier experience with Luke Land!!! My partner called Monday about our water issues. The owner came out Tuesday for a quote then Friday it was install day! Him and his staff are very kind and hard working.

Bill is a great guy! When I described what was going on with my pump (running constantly, 24/7), he said repairs might run as much as $3000. When he came out and looked at it, he smiled and said he hadn’t seen some of those parts in 40 years, but he could fix what was there, and replace what was missing- problem solved! He suggested a price of $350 and I said that wasn’t enough; I offered him $500 and he wouldn’t take it. We settled on $400. Best $400 I ever spent. When I need well work again, I’m calling Bill!

These guys are great. We had low water pressure and called them out to test our well pump. Turns out it was time for a new one. Within a few days of my first call to them I had a new pump installed and improved water pressure. They were friendly and professional. Quality work at a decent price. Highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Bill. A great, knowledgeable, trustworthy man. I rarely give reviews but his level of service prompted me to give testimony to this business. Don't think twice if your in need of his services. He gave me a very fair price for a VERY difficult job. Overcame many unforseen hurdles my old home gave him. I felt comfortable giving him access to my home while I went to work as it was a several day job. Bill is the real deal.

Luke Land Well and Pump Service was amazing! We were without water for about 24 hours in Oswego IL. They were able to be onsite very quickly and promptly. They explained everything clearly, gave us honest information, and offered a fair price. We ended up needing a new well pump, and they were able to install it immediately.
