We didn't get serviced or even get a phone call from them, telling me what time they would show up. I'm not happy about this and I'm trying to find some one else to do the work we need done. This is something we should not have to pay for.

Lost water in our home and with 3 kiddos there was a potential for an unhappy couple of days! Luckily we had Garrett come out from Ehret plumbing and he diagnosed the problem and repaired it in less than a day. Extremely impressed with his knowledge and courteous interactions, helped explain the issue with a broken valve and how he intended to repair it.

If there was an option for more stars I would give it, thank you to the awesome Ehret company and especially to an awesome employee, Garrett!

I called to get a toilet ring replaced (+toilet reset). I was quoted $270. I didn’t want to spend that much so I paid the $75 service fee without getting the work done.

Garrett was so professional in every aspect of his job. Please know if you need a hot water heater, Garrett knows his trade well. He provides options and understanding of his job. Making it easy and particularly refreshing to have someone like that in your home. It is always a pleasure to have Ehret working in my home for they provide quick and professional services. During heat wave I called Ehret and they came out same day. Cleaned AC unit, identified problem, had new moter delivered same day, unit no longer makes loud noises, and got COLD air back in my house. Also my father was going to pay 12k for new unit with another company but had Ehret come out 2nd opinion. Only a few hundred dollars later fixed his unit. THEY are the BEST!

We had a leak in the water line that ran from the meter into our house. Ehret replaced the line for a reasonable price, and the equipment they used left my yard untouched, except for two relatively small holes. The crew of four men was very professional and friendly. I totally recommend Ehret Plumbing.

Typically, I'm not in the practice of badmouthing a company, so I won't start now. I'll just say I had a less-than-positive experience with a previous plumbing company, and then a general contractor recommended that I contact EHRET. What can I say but absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

Previously, I was given an outrageous quote, along with an estimate for work that could not be completed as quoted, and incorrect information in the quote. My previous experience with another company was like dealing with a crooked used car salesman, but this company was like dealing with honest, empathetic professionals who practice integrity and honesty.

We had 2 outdoor faucets replaced. Our service guy was very friendly and efficient. The job was over before we knew it and we are happy with the new faucets. Would definitely recommend Ehret.

Furnace quit working after black out 2/11/26 in the St. Clair county area. I called Goodman the morning 2/12/26 and they sent out Ehret the same day within hours. My experience was awesome Technician Justin Sampson was great. Mr. Sampson took the time to explain each step of the work he was doing and said he enjoyed my interest. I have never experienced someone who actually enjoyed his work as he showed. Technician Justin Sampson definitely gets my vote for Employee of the Year and would make a great Instructor. In the time he took to fix my furnace he taught me so much about it. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Larry

Jim F. is still the best BELOMAN there is! He's been taking care of my two AC units and 2 furnaces for over 10 years. He comes to my house twice a year and treats me like family. He helps me with small little problems and carried a box downstairs for me this time. He checks everything out and is so friendly. When he leaves, I don't just get a handshake, I get a hug! My husband passed away two years ago now, and ever since Jim F. has always asked if I need anything and tells me I can always count on him if I need his help. I mentioned the furnace fan seemed to be louder lately than normal and he fixed it for me, much quieter now. I sit in the basement with him and we talk about everything while he works. He's like a son to me. He's the best!!! He's more than the furnace/AC guy, he's my good friend!

Andrew was friendly and ready to solve my plumbing issue! He ready to provide an answer to my needs and provided me all of the information that I needed. I'm very grateful for his service.

I called at 11:13pm as my AC stopped working and they advertise 24/7 service but the girl who answered the phone from their answering service was extremely rude starting with her tone when she initially answered--when I mirrored her condescending energy without cursing or raising my voice, she called me rude and then hung up on me. Not recommended for after hours service calls if you like friendly service and to be treated with kindness.

Rob arrived at my house promptly on a hot day to fix my air conditioning system. He.was very friendly and explained what he was doing as he made the repairs. I am so grateful for the efficient service.. I give him 10 out of 5 stars.

Mary was quick, efficient and very courteous. She had great attention to detail and explained everything that was going on. On top of that, the BELO company was able to work out a financing option that works with our budget. I HIGHLY recommend BELO!!
