I recently had my bathroom remodeled and hired Electric Work Force to handle all the electrical work, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
They handled everything from relocating outlets and installing new lighting fixtures to upgrading the exhaust fan and ensuring everything was up to code. The electricians were punctual, respectful of our home, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project.
What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to safety. They took the time to explain their process and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before wrapping up. The end result looks fantastic, and we feel confident knowing the electrical work was done right.
Highly recommend Electric Work Force for any residential electrical needs especially if you're undergoing a remodel and need reliable, high quality work.

Everything about our experience with this company was easy. Our power went out on New Year’s Eve. Ed came in less than an hour and both diagnosed and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional and walked us through everything he was doing. We will definitely be using their services again!

The team was outstanding! Installed 3 outdoor, outlets and covers, 2 interior lights and a new smoke detector in record time! Cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional!

The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is the upsell on parts is insane! Do yourself a favor and price out the equipment you need and either get it yourself and only pay for the install or negotiate to have them price match. Otherwise, all good!

The techs that came out were professional and knowledgeable of the issues I was having with the breaker panel, and they offered realistic solutions. This is my 2nd time using them and are satisfied with the work completed. Will be a returning customer for all my electrical needs.

Luis was very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly explained options and the work was completed in a timely manner. It cost more than I was expecting, but I'm out of touch with the normal price for fixing three outlets.

I had a few problems with this company, all with the dispatch section.

First I asked for a quote to replace an outlet. They could not provide a quote to replace an outlet, because “the technician had to see it.” Second, I made an appointment a few days in advance and they gave me a window from 9am-11am. I received a follow up email stating that the window was from 9am-1pm. When I called to confirm, I was told that they could not change that. It remained 9am-1pm.

They called me the day of my appointment to let me know that they had to reschedule to a different day because the previous job ran longer than expected. I agreed to reschedule. I asked if I would be the first stop and if the technician could be there at 9am. I was told that the technician would be there promptly at 9am.

They day of the following appointment I called at 8:45 to confirm my 9am appointment. The dispatcher told me they were running 30 minutes late. Cut to the end, they arrived at 10:00. I explained they would only replace an outlet. They pulled out a laminated sheet to show me the price.

This is when I asked them to leave. I could have been given this set price by the dispatcher, but I wasn’t. The technician had not inspected anything when he handed me the sheet. After researching the price later, I admit it was comparable to other companies price wise.

I felt like the situation could have been handled better with upfront pricing and better scheduling. In the end, I paid about the same price to a different company that showed up on time and gave me accurate pricing up front.
