The team was outstanding! Installed 3 outdoor, outlets and covers, 2 interior lights and a new smoke detector in record time! Cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional!

The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is the upsell on parts is insane! Do yourself a favor and price out the equipment you need and either get it yourself and only pay for the install or negotiate to have them price match. Otherwise, all good!

Kevin was very helpful when it came to helping me decide how to proceed with our lighting decisions. And if I have any problems with the new timer, he told me to call and he will come out again to show me how to use the new timer again.

Gayving arrived at his estimated time. He diagnosed the problem with the two outlets. He showed me the outdated wiring that was mixed with new wiring. He explained everything to me in a language that a novice could understand. He gave me several price options. Gayving was quite knowledgeable as well patient with me due to my unfamiliarity with with electrical work. He kept me engaged with the work at hand. He also cleaned up after finishing the work. It was a great learning experience. Job well done.

The techs that came out were professional and knowledgeable of the issues I was having with the breaker panel, and they offered realistic solutions. This is my 2nd time using them and are satisfied with the work completed. Will be a returning customer for all my electrical needs.

I have never felt so cared about. At the first visit, Kevin appeared to be knowledgably and expressed his concerns for my safety. Not only was Kevin great, but Ed the Manager/Owner followed up with a phone call to express and support Kevin's concern. As a homeowner, I am distracted and don't always have the financial funding to address immediate home repairs. I saw pictures of the electrical damages, which only confirmed the alarming experiences that I had witness throughout the years, that I ignored. Because of their approach and concerned, I felt that I needed to address my electrical concerns immediately. After two days of working in my home and speaking with Ed the Owner on three (3) separate occasions, I am impressed! Ed is wonderful, because he listens and really tries to work with you. I have never experienced so much integrity from a business owner. Usually companies are abrupt, rude, intimidating and impatient. Not these guys. On the second day, they brought in Oscar, another technician to assist with the work. Oscar appears to be another gem. Oscar is great and hardworking. After meeting Oscar, it shows that Ed is training his staff well! I remained impressed. It has not been easy for me throughout the years. I have been forced to accept services from owners/technicians that are rude, arrogant, condescending, disrespectful and don't stand behind the work that they do. Ed and his technicians are hardworking and doing a great job! I recommend Electric Work Force for seniors and single women, especially. I am on day three and will write a final review, when the work is done. Stay tune.

Electric Work Force has been a great company to work with. We needed our bathroom rewired and several electrical boxes replaced due to water damage. The electrician who came out to evaluate the situation and ultimately complete the job was Kevin Sotelo. Kevin is phenomenal! He is an expert electrician, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and was very respectful of our property even though it’s a very old house. He went above and beyond to get the job done well and in a timely manner, cleaned up all the mess afterward, and even came back a few days later to reinstall our doorbell after I mistakenly told him we didn’t use it. His assistant was GREAT as well! I will be contacting them for all of our electrical needs from now on. Looking forward to getting our panel replaced next. Thank you Kevin!

Excellent professional job. Oscar Avila was very helpful. He showed me two things. I did not know before one how to reset the GICF outlet in a reliable way and two that my heater did not work unless it was on perfectly level ground if I had known either of these before I would not have had to call you for a return visit

I had light fixtures installed in my garage. Setting up the appointment was easy and Kevin arrived on time with advance notice that he was on they way. He completed the work and performed a house safety inspection. I'm very pleased with Electric Work Force and will use in the future.
