It looks great, smells wonderful, and gives me peace of mind that potential buyers will not find a speck of dust anywhere in this 3-storey home.The office and cleaning staff were a pleasure to deal with, and the price was very fair for 18 (wo)man hours of efficient labor.

Such a great family-owned company! The owner worked with me to schedule a deep-clean of my house. The cleaning was far-beyond my highest expectations. Every surface in the house sparkles and shines. The cleaning was also incredibly efficient. We were able to discuss the specifics of my house and cleaning requirements to get a really specific quote that was perfect for my budget. Because of my 2 cats, I would say this is a great company for pet owners. I will be scheduling a weekly clean for my house from now on.

Hired them late notice for a big job, and could not be happier! Extremely professional, showed up on time and ready to work, and left the place absolutely spotless! Prices are fair, and service was without issue! Will absolutely be hiring them for any future services, I could not recommend them more!

Reyes Cleaning Service was hired by us to perform a post construction cleanup of a completed retail store and I’d like to say that Jennifer and Pilar were there on time and ready to go early. They did a very thorough and professional quality job for a 4,500+ square foot space. Very responsive to any concerns I had and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you all very much.

They have great reviews and signing up was very easy. They did show up on time with 3 people. Unfortunately, they did a bad job. I hired them to do a deep move in clean of my new house, hoping to take a worry off my plate and that I could get there the next day before my move to a deep cleaned house. I checked the cabinets to find gunk that easily came off with a wet paper towel still on the doors, same with the floors. Every cabinet still had debris. They did readily send someone to come back and clean more if I could specifically point to missed areas, however my movers were arriving and I did not have time to inspect every square inch of the house to see what else they missed.

I do not recommend them unless you have the time to double check every inch of their work before they leave and for the price I would assume that wouldn’t be something I would need to do. I had also pre-tipped 20%, which I wouldn’t recommend doing until you can see the quality of the work.

Edit-I updated the rating as after my review the owner did repeatedly reach out to try and fix things but because of the time crunch, I did not have time to continue to point out every issue. I will reiterate, every single cabinet was dirty after the first round of cleaning. My kitchen floor is still sticky after the second. Do not use them expecting this to be done right the first or even second time unless you have the time to double check every inch of what they have cleaned previously.

Working with Elida was the best. Everything went super easy and smooth with the Deep cleaning of our family's home after major construction work had left it in shambles. We couldn't be happier with the results. Many thanks to all that made this happen.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They cleaned 4 of my buildings and 2 of my units thoroughly, leaving everything spotless. I'm only leaving 1 star because I can't give them a zero. I called last week and set up an appointment for a spring cleaning. The person supposedly came by while i wasn't there and prepared a quote. They called me later and gave me a quote of $60 and we set an appointment to have the service completed on 4/25 between 1130am and 1230p. By 108pm, no one had shown up. After numerous phone conversations throughout the afternoon inquiring about when they would arrive and other phone calls that went unanswered, here it is 530pm and no one has shown up. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time with Johnnys and spend your money elsewhere. So.eplace where they'll actually show up at the time time they told you they would...or at all for that matter.

Update-
They showed up today 4/26 as if nothing happened. When I talked to them about not showing up yesterday, the gentlemen told me, "...we were busy". Too busy to call me and tell me that? I promptly sent them on their way. I'll spend my money with someone who thinks enough of their customers to at least call them and let them know if they're not going to show up for an appointment as opposed to showing up 24 hrs late and acting as if they are on time.

We used Guillen's landscaping last year and generally liked it. But this year, their lawn trimmer stepped over the stone wall edging my vegetable garden and weed whacked all of my strawberry plants. We will not use their services again and I don't recommend them if you have any plants in your yard you don't want killed.

Rudy and Maria were great to work with ! Very prompt with answering questions and the work was done well. They were very patient with us because we changed our mind about our patio design a couple times. Rudy also cut down some trees for us - did the work quickly and very conscientiously, he and his crew also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.
Thanks for everything !!! I am sure we will use you again in the future for other things-

Rudy did a great job putting down sod in my backyard. However communication between the office (Maria) and Rudy was not great and required several callbacks, where I would get the response, "I gave him your message." In the end I paid for services I never received. i.e. fertilizing the grass a month later... It's been 3 months now. Had he returned as promised and delivered all services written on our contract I would have given five stars.
