My carpet had a small hole but it was getting bigger and bigger. I called J&R Carpet Care to see if it can be repaired. They came, examined the hole, and returned in 2 days with materials to fix it. They did an excellent job, and the hole was fixed without any sign of it. I was very happy as it saved me the need to buy a new carpet.

I would definitely recommend J&R Carpet Care. They did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and now it looks brand new. The stains and pet odors are gone, and everything looks fresh and bright. They have very powerful carpet cleaning equipment and the cleaning staff is very hardworking.

Freddy and his team are pros...Our home is in Chicago but, we have hired them for many jobs and this review is overdue! They are prompt, professional, courteous and take great pride in their work. They have performed gutter cleaning, power washing and of course window washing for our home over the past 6 years. They did a fantastic job in washing our windows which were very dirty! They cleaned up after themselves and took great care in putting back the screens, storm windows. The stain glass looks amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Love this company !! I have my gutters cleaned twice a year by them, and just had glass replaced in seven windows that lost their seal, much less expensive than new windows, and everything is clear again !!! Plus they washed my picture window next to the two windows that had glass replaced, and it all looks fantastic. They all worked hard to leave me with no mess, and I had no idea how nice windows looked after professional window washing was done. That will be on my list when it gets warmer. I'd definitely recommend this company for window washing, gutter cleaning, and glass replacement in old windows that fog up due to losing their seal !!!

Great service at a reasonable price. Had Freddy out to power wash my house exterior, patio, skylight and windows inside and out. He detailed everything including wiping down the interior of the window frames. Highly recommend his services and will refer friends and family in the future.
