Very friendly, hard worker, did an amazing job on my shower

Excellent customer service! The owner of this business wanted to make sure my home was cleaned to perfection.

I booked them. Without calling me, I had to call them. they wanted to reschedule. The second time, I gave them a second chance, they didn't call me I called them and they told me they were having problems so twice they didn't show up .they didn't call to tell me they weren't going to show up and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Upgrade Cleaning did an amazing job! These guys are hard working and really care about their reputation! Amazing work and worth the investment to have a clean restaurant.

I gave them a second chance to correct their errors. HUGE MISTAKE AND REGRET!!! Basic cleaning practices where NOT done. The owner is a great salesman BUT not businessman or professional. I NOW regret giving them an OUTSTANDING rating and 2nd Chance. The only reason they received 2 stars now is because of effort. Rene is a hard worker BUT she can not do it by herself. BASIC CLEANING AND DEEP CLEANING PRACTICES WERE NOT DONE. I understand forgetting BUT twice. LASTLY, to come and then NOT bring cleaning supplies and equipment is a reflection on management and the company. No supplies, equipment, basic cleaning practices is the reason why I WONT use them again. 😡😠🤬😤

Upgrade carefully assessed my needs as this was a post move out cleanup for one of my listings. The proposal was clearly outlined and they began the service the following day. It was a BIG job and they kept within the timeframe and it turned out great!!

I booked Upgrade Cleaning for move-out services to clean up a 1900 sq foot condo and get it ready for staging. Shaquielle and his team did a great job. It's a new company, and they're still getting off the ground, but they're trying to make it work and I am so glad I found them. I would much rather support locally owned and managed business than some chain outfit. The price was reasonable and communication was good.

It's all about supporting our communities. I will definitely book them again and tell my friends to do the same! Thanks, Upgrade!!
