Long review: Calling Renewed Air was one of the best decisions I’ve made. My home is old and in desperate need of someone who was knowledgeable. I originally called to get a quote to have my vents cleaned. Luis stopped by and patiently answered all my questions. I was so impressed that I booked him to come and do yearly service on my AC and furnace. After spending a good amount t of time assessing the condition of my AC, Luis went over all my options. We opted to get a new AC unit installed. The Summer so far has been extremely pleasant with my new AC and previously installed furnace. Luis and his team provided excellent customer service, did the job in the time they quoted and offered very affordable rates. I will be using Renewed air in the future for all of my HVAC maintenance.

Renewed Air has been my only go to since 2013. Every time my old furnace & air conditioning unit fails on us, I can count on Luis to get it up and running again. He knows his stuff. Not only does he get the job done, but he explains the issues, causes, repairs, and preventatives to keep everything running smoothly. They've been my go to, and will continue to be, especially when its time to replace my old units. Highly Recommend them without a doubt.

Service from intake to completion was very professional and thorough. Explained the process of air duct and dryer vent cleaning and also got scheduled next day. Came on time, got started after a quick walk through, and did a great job cleaning the vents. Will highly recommend and utilize services in the future.

Luis and Renewed Air are outstanding! I called Luis over the phone and he went over many situations of my AC unit issues. He treats every customer and situation as a consultative approach and recommends that customer should look at repair vs replacement options. We booked an appt within the next day as he was at my house. His communication, workmanship, detailed knowledge and expertise make it an amazing experience. I highly recommend Renewed Air! I shopped around and talked to about 10 different companies about their air duct cleaning services before I committed to working with Luis, and I am very glad I went with Luis. Their pricing is extremely fair and transparent, and Luis and Ray were prompt with communication, efficient, and professional. He showed us all the junk that was clogging our dryer vent and it was mindblowing - I really appreciate his showing me. And though this has nothing to do with their actual work, I really liked how gracious, friendly, and kind they were with my kids. Renewed Air LLC is a great company to call if you need your dryer vent cleaned. They were the first company to get back to me and their prices are very reasonable. They were able to come out the same day I called. They were running a little behind and Luis messaged me to let me know he was going to be a little late. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do to fix the problem for me. He was very personable and honest and actually showed us what the problem was with the dryer. Luis has been extremely responsive and very transparent anytime we've needed a fix. Back in May on a very hot day, our A/C unit stopped producing cold air. Luis responded to my message that night and stopped by the next morning, found the problem, and made the repair that day. We also recently had the furnace motor start to fail, and he replaced that within a day. Being that responsive and also knowledgeable about what is being done sets him apart. Answering all the various questions I've had builds more trust to continue using Renewed Air.

Luis was one of the best HVAC technicians to ever assist with our A/C issues. We had reached out to Luis for an A/C part replacement. After he quickly swapped and installed the part, the A/C needed even more work for a communication issue inside our house. Luis spent the time troubleshooting and diagnosing our A/C unit and was able to solve and fix the issue the same day! Luis was also very respectful to our house, and wore shoe covers the entire time he was inside. Incredibly professional, helpful, informative and we WILL be reaching out to Luis again if our A/C unit has issues.

From start to finish, I couldn’t be more pleased with Luis @ Renewed Air. Was lucky enough to get an appointment for the next day for dryer vent cleaning and was promptly notified when there’d be a short delay (45 min).

Super wonderful people and service! Me and husband have terrible allergies and recently got our home renovated. The previous owners had not had the vents cleaned in sometime so I called this place to help us. They were so professional, very very kind and did some great work! They let me know what was going on with my home in a way I could understand. They brought up somethings that may need fixing in the future but weren’t overly pushy. Bonus: My puppy was afraid of the equipment and the noise but they were super understanding of that and even pet him! I would 10000% use this company again!
