We had a furnace issue during extremely cold weather, and the technician came out at 10:30 pm to diagnose it. He clearly explained the issue and returned the next morning to fix it. We really appreciated how responsive, professional, and reassuring he was during a stressful situation. Highly recommend this service.

We needed our dryer vent cleaned, and we found Renewed Air via a Google search. I reached out for service, and Luis got back to me that day with days, times, and a quote. The day of service he showed up on time and was very professional, explaining what he was doing and keeping me updated during the process. One thing I quickly learned when I needed work on my air conditioning system is that the HVAC trade is filled with companies all too willing to fleece the homeowner for as much as possible.

What you get when you call American Dream HVAC, is the owner, Bogdan, and the one who will actually be doing the work. Not an owner sitting in his office wanting his cut, while his technician works on commission.

His knowledge allows him to accurately diagnose and bid the job to where everyone benefits. The other quotes I received from the handful of companies I called were laughable, if not downright predatory. Call around and then call American Dream, and see what I mean. Thanks again, Bogdan!

Excellent service. Fair and honest. After was quoted a price for furnace repairs they were able to cut it in half when determined circuit board did not need replaced. Since I already agreed to it they could have easily just done the work and took my money.

I purchased a new HVAC system from them two years ago. I just had a problem with the furnace not starting. They came out within an hour and ended up having to replace the main board.

Their included warranty covered everything Thanks!!

Steve was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and timely. His cost was fair and I would recommend highly. I spoke with 3 other Heating/AC providers, including some of the "big names" in Chicagoland and between Steve himself and the American Standard name, I was sold and love our new unit.

I have been on the internet for 30 years and I always figured "I should put in some work at some point", but I never found the right business to review. Nothing seemed good enough to rave about or bad enough to complain about. Then I met Steve Bilica, owner of Home Comfort Systems. I found my guy to rave about finally. Whether it was the patience he used in explaining our options, the work he did to make sure we picked what was best for us and not him, his willingness to work around our needs, or the professionalism of the guys he trusts to do the work for him - it was all worth raving about. Make the call to these guys and save yourself the trouble of dealing with a lesser company.

If I could give 20 stars, I would! Home Comfort Systems installed a new A/C and furnace at my house a year or two ago. Today, the A/C stopped working. I called, and wound up talking with the owner, who walked me through several troubleshooting steps. With that guidance, I was able to get the A/C up and running again - and I am not an engineer or anything of the sort! Did I mention that because today was one of the first hot days of the year, every HVAC company was swamped with repair calls? Home Comfort Systems went way above and beyond their duty to me.

I honestly can't say enough about their amazing customer service. When our AC went out on the hottest day of the year, they came right away and temporarily fixed our poor old unit until the new one was ordered and ready to install (which took just under a week). They even called throughout the week to check up on us and make sure that their temporary fix was still holding up...even on a Sunday evening! I don't know of any other company that would follow up like that. I highly recommend Home Comfort Systems!

My experience with Home Comfort Systems was absolutely outstanding. Mike Bilica was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was very quick to respond and very consultative with me throughout the process of repairing my furnace in Winfield. Mike appears to love his job and helping people in what are normally very challenging times. From start to finish, I give Mike and HCS my highest recommendation, and will certainly call them in the future for both repair and maintenance needs.
