I called because my heater wasn't working. Mike asked me to describe the issue and he was able to deduce that the sensor was dirty and it needed to be cleaned. He was honest and said I could probably do it myself instead of having to pay someone to come over. He was very patient and nice over the phone and explained where to look, what screw to focus on, and how to clean the sensor.

Honestly I have no experience working with tools or HVACs. But Mike's instructions were easy enough that I was able to get the heater to work again in about 15 minutes. I really appreciated that he took the time out of his busy day to help me, and for free. It is so rare nowadays to find a contractor that will 1.) actually call you back and 2.) genuinely want to help you without trying to upsell you. He's made me a loyal customer for all future issues. Thanks again!

They are always on time and their work is good. They know what they are doing and extremely reliable.

We needed some installations done and they were quick and responsive giving me an exact time frame of when to expect them. The prices were very reasonable and overall I had a positive experience.

Our AC went out and we gave Air Care a call. They came out immediately and fixed up the AC (thank God because it was a scorching day!). Extremely professional, kind, and got the job done. Highly recommend.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I had to for Air Care Heating and Cooling! I have used them on multiple occasions after shopping around originally and having a good first experience. They always get the job done for me but also so far have always been on time and had very fair pricing compared to their competitors from what I’ve been quoted. The technicians have all been very kind and mindful of my house/property when entering.
