Air Care was professional friendly and the technicians they sent out were extremely knowledgeable about hvac.Touqeer and Swarnjit were my installation experts. They arrived on Tuesday morning to discuss my options on a 31 year old unit and we decided to replace the furnace and ac.That was the most cost effective. They gave me a great and fair price on a above average unit that we could afford. Wednesday afternoon they were finished with the install ac was cold and heat was cozy. They hauled off the old units and cleaned up the work area .we are so pleased with our new ac and heater were recommending them to friends.Thanks Mohammad for sending your best technicians to are home.

My first experience warranted a 1 star review due to a lack of professionalism from one of the repair technicians. That being said, after a second visit I adjusted my rating to 3 stars.

Here is the breakdown:
1st visit- Explained what was wrong, received a quote and an appointment confirmation. On the day the techs were supposed to arrive they were late, and not by like 10 or 15 minutes, they were 2 hours late. They did not even bother to apologize for their tardiness. During their visit they had to leave 3 times because they were not prepared, each time they said 20 minutes and get this they came back after 45 mins. It honestly felt like they were gone more than they were working.

One of the techs, the younger one, was very blunt and rude. He lacks proper customer service. He also has an aggressive attitude. That being said, the older man with him was calm and polite. I would have much rather done business with him, but I don’t know if he was knowledgeable in the work he was doing. As the younger technician was telling him what to do. The younger tech lacks empathy when dealing with customers and is quick to temper. He should be replaced.

AC and Heating work can cost a lot, and this company does charge a lot compared to other companies. This part of the review warrants a 1 star.

Visit 2: On this visit we got two older male technicians. Both were friendly and kind. They arrived on time and only had to leave once. The only feedback I have for this visit, is that these guys did try taking shortcuts with their work. I have some knowledge on HVAC and I caught them two times trying to take shortcuts, but in the end they did the job right as the shortcut they were attempting did not work out. If I were to rate this 2nd visit I would say 3 stars.

I have by now have had three experiences with air care heating and cooling and have been satisfied and impressed with their work. The efficiency and expertise of their staff and owner showed through out their service and repairs to my cooling and heating system They have promptly handled my calls, have been competent in billing and earned my trust with their upfront assessment. I recommend them without hesitation.
