After being a loyal customer for 5 years I finally had enough. Total lack of responsibility on their part for not only creating a black algae nightmare in my pool but also, charging me repeatedly for replacement of the SAME PART over and over again because they couldn't correctly identify the cause of that part failing. Their crack team of maintenance professionals kept dumping unnecessary gallons of shock at every visit because no one bothered to look at my chlorinator to see if it was working properly. Rather, at each visit, they would replace the check valve (which was always clogged) in the chlorinator and moved along. A rubber O-ring within the chlorinator was deteriorated and little pieces of rubber were breaking off, clogging the check valve. Rather than change out the O-ring, every visit came with a new check valve and a new charge for the replacement. I went through no less than 5 check valve changes and no one had bothered to check if that was out of the ordinary. I guess sending part time high school kids to handle repair work is how they choose to do business. Also, 4 filter cartridges were taken for cleaning and were never returned to me. These cartridge cylinders, individually, are about 3 feet long and half a foot wide in diameter and there are 4 of them... something I would be quite sure of throwing in the garbage. After a losing battle, they told me they had no record of them and that I must have thrown them away. That would be like "accidentally" throwing away a mini fridge... something I'm quite certain I would be conscious of not to mention how insulting and condescending they sounded in their accusation that I must have been the one to throw them out. Finally, after complaining enough, the owner came out and openly admitted that what his employees were reporting back as a clean, well-maintained pool, was nothing of the sort since by then, a vast amount of black algae (which is very hard to get rid of) had already accumulated. The shock they were adding at each visit kept the water temporarily clear and so for them, that was enough to say the pool was in good condition even though the floor of the pool was streaked all over with algae. I would have worked with them had they assumed ANY responsibility for their actions but they were more interested in laying blame than owning up to their own shortcomings.

Diamond does a great job with my Pool maintenance and they’re so helpful when I have questions. They’re also super responsive by phone and email. I would recommend them.

Today was the first time I’ve used this company. All I have are positive things to say about them. All the gentleman that arrived today were friendly, kind, easy to talk to and on time. I highly recommend this company for your pool or spa needs. You will not be disappointed.

UPDATE: As I was promised, the company sent the right technician who was able to find and solve the problem. They deserve credit for addressing the problem in a professional and prompt manner.

I had used this company for minor repair issues before. I decided this time to have my in ground pool filter and chlorinator replaced by them. Unfortunately, this was a bad decision. I relied on them for the selection of the filter. While installing the new sand filter, I notified the technician that huge amount of sand was gushing into my pool. He immediately stopped the filter and then continued with his work. Since the installation and after they sent another person to vacuum all the sand in my pool, the new filter has been gushing sand once again into my pool and the water has remained murky. I am so exhausted with trying to remove the sand and making the water clear again that I have given up on this company. They seem to have inexperienced staff and cannot give me the assurance that they can send a different and a more experienced technician. I have decided to write off this $2,000+ mistake and have a more reputable and experienced company replace the filter once again. Lesson learned in a hard way.

As new pool owners they informed us on the differences of chlorine vs salt water and helped us make the best decision for our family. They are very respectful of our home every time they're on-site. An unfortunate situation with the pool water ph levels prevented them from closing the pool for the winter it was necessary to reschedule to the following week. Laura was able to pull some magic and get us a closing today with the nice weather. The closing team did a fantastic, fast, professional and wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them. I look forward to working with them next year or open the pool for the summer

We inherited a 2008 model swim spa built right into the deck with our home purchase and it needed major work. Two other companies bailed on the job - one with a $450 bill (Just-in-time) - before I found Diamond Pool and Spa. Sophia and her team scheduled a time, she sent out a tech to diagnose all the problems, sourced all the parts including a new belt and a new heating element. Joe even researched the model of my spa, as he had never worked on it before, and now it's up and running like new. Many many thanks to these guys, I would definitely recommend their service!

I had such a wonderful experience with Diamond Pools! My indoor pool was not in the best shape and Diamond Pools cleaned and treated my pool and now it is crystal clear! They were very efficient and responsive. I have now signed a monthly contract with them for services. I would highly recommend Diamond Pools.
