Just had our carpets cleaned today by Executive Green Carpet Cleaning. They were on time, took all safety precautions and set up runners into the house as they brought their equipment in. Did I mention our carpets looks phenomenal? So much better than expected! Excellent friendly efficient service and a reasonably priced. We will have them back to clean the grout in our tile next!

They emailed me the service order and confirmed the appointment yesterday. Amazing! They showed up on time and the price quoted was the price I paid. There was no upselling. They’ve got an impressive truck; it houses a self-contained, powerful cleaning system. Both of the technicians were friendly, proficient and our carpeting has never looked better! Truly delighted and impressed by this family business that does things the right way. I recommend them 100%.

Great job by Kelly and Ben and entire crew! Our area carpets were picked up when they said they would and brought back 1 week later and they look great! This company is AMAZING! From start to finish everything they do is professional, quality, and, most of all, with kindness. I talked to Kelly to schedule the appointment and she was one of the nicest human beings I have ever spoken to. She answered all my questions, scheduled the appointment with ease, and followed up the day before with a reminder about the appointment. The techs that came to my house were equally as kind and friendly which put me at ease. They gave a SUPER fair price for the job and did an amazing job; my carpets and runners never looked so clean! I love that the products they use are safe for my family and fur kids! They were quick and efficient when cleaning the carpets and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I am SO entirely impressed with this company and with how well they treat every step of this process! Executive Green Carpet cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets 2 years ago, so I made an appointment to have them cleaned again.
Dave and Ben once again did a terrific job! They are very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I had an area rug that had some significant stains on it, and they made it look as good as the day we purchased it!!!

Great all around! Easy to schedule, friendly, and great quality. The carpet felt brand new when they left. I've included before and after pictures of the worst area, where our dogs had a bad habit of sitting as soon as they came inside.

We recently moved into a new house with carpeting in the basement. Due to time and scheduling constraints, we opted for DIY solution with a Rug Doctor rental. This helped somewhat for a few months, but in reality we needed a professional service.

Based on some the reviews I read, I called Executive Green Carpet Cleaning and was given a quote based on the square footage of the room. The lady was able to get me in within a few days with an estimated service window between 12 - 3. Two gentlemen showed up before 2pm and got to work right away on basement area which took roughly an hour.

Despite the age of the carpets, they now look nearly brand new and the couple of stains that we tried, but failed to remove ourselves with the rental machine are gone!

I was in the Chicago area helping someone with their house, and started looking for professional carpet cleaners. I interviewed 2 companies, one of whom was Executive Green Carpet Cleaning. I was happy to find a service offering a "green" solution, one who used safer chemicals; but, I was concerned about how effective it would be compared to those who use chemical soaps, etc.
Kelly took my call, and with deft knowledge she compared their services to traditional carpet cleaning methods. I wanted to avoid VOC offing (Volatile Organic Compounds, unhealthy odors from the chemicals used), yet wanted to make sure their methods were effective. I was also under a time restraint due to having to leave town in a few days, plus the carpet in this house was quite dirty.
Kelly gave me the confidence to hire them, and she went out of her way to meet my schedule. The cleaning crew was very professional, polite, and clear in their communication. They completed a difficult task quickly, and I am very pleased with the results.
I highly recommend Executive Green Carpet Cleaning if you're looking for a safer and healthier carpet cleaning method. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed in their service, skill, and customer service.

From the moment Mitch and Bianca came through my front door I knew it would be a great experience. The explained their carpet cleaning process very thoroughly before they started so I knew what to expect. I had 4 rooms 12 stairs and a hallway done and it only took them about 1.5 hours. They put down corner protectors so their hoses wouldn't damage my walls as well as moving blankets on the other floors for protection. But the best part was how CLEAN they got my carpets. One room in particular had a lot of wear and dirt because of the traffic. Bianca called me into the room to show me the difference before she finished and it was incredible. Everything comes from the truck outside so they're not filling and emptying machines in your house. The high power suction leaves very little moisture in the carpets and they were very dry in 4 hours. Money well spent and it wasn't even a lot of money. All that for $328.00!
I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Hired Executive Green Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpet in the stairwell in my apartment building - six landings, approximately 48 stairs. There were stains a previous carpet cleaning company couldn't get out, along with gum stuck to the carpet. Executive Green was able to remove the stains and the gum and the carpeting looks amazing! The landlord came by the following day and couldn't believe how good the stairwell looked. Entire job took under 30 minutes and again, they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Executive Green.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about this company. They picked up our off-white area rug and runner less than two weeks before Thanksgiving and returned them beautifully clean and ready for the holiday. Communication was excellent, I spoke to a real person right away, and the pickup/drop-off crew was so kind and professional. It’s clear this is a family-owned business that truly cares about their customers. I’ve already told so many friends about them and will absolutely use them again.
