Had Diamond pool replace and replumb a pump and cartridge filter for my in ground pool. Matt and George were great, answered all of my questions, and made sure to double check everything to get my pool up and running. The whole process was super in depth and through and I feel comfortable using them again for opening and closing my pool. It feels good to find a good pool company.

Used Diamond for our condo pool for the 1st time this season. I could NOT be happier with their service! Justin, Matt and Josh were the 3 guys that took care of us during the season. They could NOT have been better at their job. They were all super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Diamond Pool and Spa will be our "forever" team in the future. Sophia was our point of contact and she was ALWAYS quick to respond to questions and kept us up to date on every situation. I highly recommend Diamond if you're looking for a team of great employees to care for your pool!!

I was referred to Diamond Pool & Spa by the manufacturer of a faulty pool heater that caught on fire. I initially spoke with Sophia, who organized the replacement from the manufacturer and then the guys came and did the exchange. They are professional, knowlegable and very organized. I will only call them for my pool needs from now on.
I am sorry that we had to meet under such awful circumstances but I am glad we did. Thank you for taking care of my problem.

Great job by Scott and Steve. Very courteous and professional. 3 bedrooms, hallway, living and dining room. Carpets look wonderful and smell fantastic.

There entire team was spot on ( ha ha). Not only were they on time, they called earlier in the day asking if we wanted them to come earlier. Price was reasonable, they were thorough, protected our walls from the hoses and explained everything before beginning. Plus the rugs look new again. I would refer them to anyone.

Mitch and his partner (sorry I forget name) were friendly yet professional. John Williams on WGN radio was right, my carpet and furniture look like new. They even took time to be sure the nap was smooth 😄👍

Mitch and Alfred knew their business. They asked questions about particular stains so they could treat them properly and took their time to get our old carpets as clean as they could. Highly recommend this carpet service.

We have light carpeting in all four bedrooms that was stained and really dingy. In about 45 minutes, it looked brand new! The staff were very informative and pleasant. Recommend very highly!

Yesterday, two technicians named Caroline and Joe stepped up with their skills ,in a much needed deep cleaning one room four stairs .This gig was up to their challenge. Job well done prior to listing our home for the market place. Since November 2020' Kelly and her know how set a price and no less than a few dollars more they worked hard and our results are contagious. Definitely call them they have the team and equipment to meet any challenges.

I have used this service for many, many years. I am now on the second generation of family members who clean my carpets and area rugs. They are punctual, informative, and have always done an excellent job. They put furniture back the way they found it, with plastic under the legs. I recommend them to anyone.

I seriously thought I walked into the wrong house! The carpet was so clean, and truly looked brand new! I hate to admit how many years it had been prior to this cleaning, but I will say I waited too long to enjoy this new room feel!
