Prompt, quick service. Appreciated the help of setting up our dryer correctly when it wasn’t installed right in the first place. Thank you!

The tech was absolutely great and I'm very happy I went with Jake's. He came despite being near a holiday. Was fast and the fix went great.

We had our dryer vents cleaned. VERY affordable compared to many companies offering the same service. Jake was super friendly, along with quick, and helpful!! Would definitely recommend.

Jake is the best in Illinois! Super professional, and great at his work! Cleaned all vents and sanitized for a reasonable price.

Jake cleaned my dryer vent but my clothes were still damp after drying so I called him and and he came out again the next day to accomodate me in his busy schedule. He went to the roof several times and cleaned vent from roof and laundry room.He felt something was wrong with the vent pipe so he went in the attic and discovered the vent pipe had become disconnected so he repaired the vent pipe and now my clothes are drying. He spent about 2 hours and he did not even charge me a penny. He went out of his way to go to the attic and repair the vent pipe which was not part of his job. I highly recommend him for his quality of work, being on time and professional and courteous manner and willing to go out of his way to help his customers.Thank you Jake for being such a caring person.
