I found Jake’s cleaning with a simple online search. He was not the first or only person I reached out to, but he is now. It was easy to talk to Jake, explain what I was looking to accomplish and he explained how he’d handle the tasks. He provided quote, scheduling and accepted payment methods. Jake was timely, thorough and efficient. He kept me posted as he cleaned area by area and we verbally summarized at the end. I will recommend him as well as use in the future.

Jake cleaned my dryer vent today. He was on time, easy to contact. He did a great job and was very thorough. His price was very reasonable.

Not a professional, don’t get fooled like I did. I feel many people have been fooled with his services, because they don’t check his work after. The small vacuum and hoses he uses don’t do the job properly which he claims it does. Avoid him and pay more for a real professional.

This is not courtesy when you don’t do your job,

Jake, there are 7 return vents. You missed 3 and the other 4 are still duty inside. Which means you did half the job. Now you want me to give you a second chance to do the job right. Which you should have done right the first time. You are starting to sound like a con man. Now you want me to go out of my way to accommodate the job I paid you to do.

Not satisfied with the service. I was expecting a more thorough cleaning, using an air push system to remove all the dust and then vacuuming properly. Instead, he just stuck his vacuum hose inside the supply and return vents without really deep cleaning them. NOT WORTH IT!!! I guess you get what you pay for… If you want a real, professional duct cleaning, look elsewhere.

I've had the misfortune of dealing with the worst company I've ever encountered. The initial visit was a complete waste of money - $267 for a service call that didn't fix anything, just covered up the issue with electrical tape and zip ties. And to make matters worse, he came back a few hours later and charged me another $693 without any explanation, claiming it was because of a faulty thermostat. He then proceeded to break down my system further by replacing parts he claimed were the culprit, but clearly had no idea what he was doing.

The entire experience was an absolute disaster. The technician would disappear for extended periods of time, leaving us with no heat for hours on end, and then threaten to leave us without heat if I didn't allow him to continue working on my system. He left our home in a state of disarray, covered in water, garbage, and mud. It was like he had no regard for the property or his customers.

Things took a turn for the worse when he broke my entire heating system, draining it and starting it with no water. This caused irreparable damage to the exchanger, leading to carbon monoxide leaks into our home. To add insult to injury, he also damaged our pipes by breaking valves, forcing us to replace the entire system.

The final straw was when he started harassing my husband and me, calling and texting repeatedly from his phone after threatening to take us to court. We had caught him on camera taking work from us without permission and had proof of the 4-hour gap in service. We stood our ground and told him to stop, but he refused.

The total damage bill now stands at $12,375, not including the initial $693 he took from me. He's asking me to pay for work he clearly destroyed my system and left us without heat during the holidays, putting my son's health at risk due to his blood disorder. I'm appalled by this company's treatment of customers and will never use them again.
