Terrible experience with this service provider. I would not recommend working with them. They lack professionalism, frequently fail to show up for appointments, and charge exorbitant fees without delivering results. Despite multiple attempts to contact him starting from November 29th, he consistently says he'll arrive but never does. Today's scheduled appointment was supposed to be at noon, yet hours have passed and he still hasn't shown up. Frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the significant cost I paid.

I had an excellent experience with this company. The staff was fantastic, providing top-notch service at a competitive rate that beat the quotes I received from other providers.

During one visit, the technician mentioned he wouldn't be working that day due to a personal issue, which led him to break the water valve. Instead of fixing it on the spot, he refused to search for the shut-off valve, leaving us with an incomplete repair and a follow-up appointment. The next technician arrived without the replacement toilet, as the office hadn't communicated effectively about what was needed.

Fortunately, the final technician who replaced the toilet was excellent – professional, thorough, and a welcome respite from the ordeal. His good work is overshadowed by the frustrating experience of navigating Four Seasons' process.

I'm grateful that they rectified the issues, but this experience was lengthy and inconvenient. The initial enthusiasm for their quick turnaround has worn off, replaced by disappointment with the overall outcome.
