Horrible service, they came to evaluate the fire damage and then never contacted me back, had to call excessively and leave countless voice messages, only for them to finally call back over a week later to tell me the job is to small they won’t take it! Such a horrible way to treat people dealing with a disaster.

Good Team, came in assessed the damage,, in less than 4 hours:
cleaned it up hours,
put mold remediation plan together ,
had fans on the wet areas
By the end of the weekend our celling was ready to be repaired.

What an amazing experience, the Servpro team literally saved my house closing!

Two days before my close I walked in to 3 inches of water in my finished basement and wine room that had been sitting for a few days due to a failed pump. Within 2 hours the Servpro team was onsite and the remediation process had begun. Within 12 hours Dillon and Dominick had pulled the carpets and opened the walls and worked with my State Farm adjuster to get my fixes expedited. The house was completely dried and the reconstruction had begun in 4 days (yes, they have reconstruction EXPERTS) which allowed me to close on my property just 3 days before my new purchase date!

I am forever indebted to this team at Servpro of North Riverside, and so are the buyers of my house who have a beautiful new basement thanks to their amazing reconstruction group.

We had a sewer backup at our business at 8PM on a Monday. It was critical to get it cleaned up ASAP so our team could safely return to work. ServePro of LaGrange Park/North Riverside was out by 10PM and stayed until 2AM. There was zero disruption and our team was so glad things were cleaned up and handled so there were no health concerns. They came back for the next few days to monitor and make sure no moisture remained or mold took hold. I highly recommend them.

I can't speak highly enough of the team over at SERPRO. We had some water come in during a storm and they responded immediately with the knowledge and tools needed to mitigate the problem. Their fast action saved me a boatload of repairs, and everything was resolved quickly. The team came back to clean carpets and left everything better than when I originally purchased the house. My shower unit busted and had been leaking behind a wall for goodness know how long. I called ServPro as soon as I had the leak repaired and Dave came out same day, it was so fast! Luckily I didn't have any mold that needed remediation, but the quick professional response really put my mind at ease. From day one of a basement flooding incident ServPro LaGrange has been THE WORST!
First of all we were feverishly trying to save possessions in a flood and were assigned to this location. We were awaiting claim approval from our insurance company. ServPro showed up and refused to start the work without providing them a check in the amount of $2000. We were assured the check would only be cashed if insurance denied the claim--and they indicated they would wait 48-72 hours as these approvals were determined. They literally cashed the check as soon as they left the property--even though insurance had indicated they were approving the claim!
Second--they kept absolutely no record of the damaged property removed from the home. Other than a haphazard, self made video of the affected area we had no inventory list to provide insurance for the property claim.
Strike 3--despite assurances to ServPro from insurance their bill was being paid directly by them, ServPro gave us 2 weeks notice they would send us to collections and add a 300% late fee if bill wasn't paid. Today we got a call from collections, despite contact from insurance to ServPro late last week they had sent the payment.
YOU HAVE STRUCK OUT SERVPRO--NEVER AGAIN!

Don't know who I am?! Nice try ServPro--you know exactly who I am. YOU CASHED MY CHECK! This entire incident happened at my 89 year-old Mother-in-Law's home and you have been dealing directly with my wife and I. I was trying to save you the embarrassment of your harassment of an elderly woman--but I guess you want that call out too!

SERVPRO has provided with amazing product that has helped keep our facility the cleanest it can be, especially during the surge of the pandemic. I work at a local gym and with a lot of people in and out grabbing different items all the time, keeping the gym clean at the time made it a lot easier for us. Highly recommend!!!
