I called Serpro at the recommendation of my insurance agent. They came out immediately and provided a whirlwind of floof clean up services. They were very responsive, and fast. The quality of work was excellent, and actually saved me some money because they responded so quickly. The amount of damage was at minimum because of their quick and quality if work. I am recommending Servpro to all my friends, neighbors who may be in need of such flood clean up services.

Fantastic service from the start. Dave and Justin were amazing. Very professional. Courteous as well as informative. The crew that actually did most of the clean up was amazing as well. Arthur was there from day one until the end and most definitely took care of business and was instrumental in any concerns I had. All in all I would choose ServPro again and specifically would ask for the people I had to do work in my home again. Five Stars.

SERVPRO Broadview and Project Manager Ryan Leach provided a first rate efficient and prompt response in the mitigation and reconstruction which was necessary with a recent backup incident in my home. I called late afternoon and the mitigation team was there early the next morning, with reconstruction being completed a few days thereafter. Ryan was also very helpful in working with the insurance adjuster to ensure that all the damage was identified and addressed.

Servpro assessors were at our home within 24hrs after the ice dam on our roof happened. It causes a huge water leak in our kitchen which damages drywall, insulation, flooring and the roof. They assessed the damage, repaired all issues involved with this issues and checked for mold. They also assisted us with filing with our insurance. The work was done quickly and everyone was professional and cleanup was thorough.

We have now worked with Strategem for two separate projects (updating an entire two bedroom and two bathroom condo, including refinishing the flooring) and have been very happy. This was a significant investment, but we are extremely happy we made it and choose Habitar/Strategem. We found the process from start to finish to be very transparent and clearly communicated. Customer service was outstanding. Both jobs were on-time and on-budget.

Process and cost: Mitch was very clear up front with the range of costs for the projects and both the estimate and final billing included details of both materials and labor. This allowed for clear communication about costs and options for ways to reduce cost and what we could expect from the change to our plan.

Construction: The team on-site each time communicated clearly about the timeline and progress, when certain things would occur and orchestrated all of the pieces of the process for us, including the movers when it was time to refinish the floors. When something unexpected came up, they communicated with us about options and expectations of the result. If we wanted something changed, they modified it until we were happy with the result.
