I recently had to get some repairs done at my restaurant, and I must say, I was really impressed! The technician was incredibly helpful, walking me through what needed fixing and answering all my questions. He worked swiftly and efficiently, and I felt like He genuinely cared about getting us up and running again. With multiple locations, it was easy to find a service that fit our needs, which was a big relief. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in need of kitchen repairs!

Huen Electric manages electrical projects for common areas in my Chicago condo building. I contracted with them to perform a simple replacement of a Tesla car charger to a Porsche car charger in the garage. The project quickly turned into a nightmare. First, I received a quote for the project at 3x the actual cost that I can only assume was designed to test how desperate I was to do the job and how much I know about electrical work. I questioned Huen on this and they quickly acknowledged they included items in the scope of the initial quote that would most likely never need to happen. This disclaimer was not included in the quote itself - hence my conclusion that the initial quote was opportunistic and an attempt to overcharge me. We had more problems after the quote issue. The electrician sent to work onsite lacked the basic expertise to realize that the two chargers have different voltage requirements, despite being provided with detailed instructions on the charger saying as much. It took three visits, including false claims of having the project completed (even when the photo showed a red error message on the device per the below image) to eventually get the charger to work. Huen insists on charging for all three visits and has lied in writing to cover up their mistakes. Condo developers and HOA boards - if you can avoid using Huen, please do so at all costs. Your owners will thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Look at their company on Better Business Bureau. The owner Wolfgang's son came out in August, charged $144.00, said he would order the part, then this business ignored phone calls, voicemails and emails. I will be filing a formal complaint to have this company removed as a Generac dealer and also file with the Attorney Generals office.

We used this company initially for a Generac installation. That project went well without a problem. We subsequently hired them for another project. Ownership sent newly hired, inexperienced staff who constantly needed hand holding and could not complete any tasks sufficiently. On several occasions workers were actually sleeping on the job, literally. We had to replace them with a new electrical company who in turn had to correct BSOC's error and poor workmanship. Of course as you would expect from a business owner that doesnt hold themselves accountable, they want full payment. Even for work that had to be redone.

Can't speak to their quality of work, but knowing how heavily electrical work relies on codes I'd be weary.
Here's my story.
There has been a work van with this companies logo parked on my block overnight for the last week. I called last Friday, the girl said ok and took some basic information, I then called Monday and talked to who the receptionist presented as the owner and he assured me he would handle this and it wouldn't be a problem again. Monday night, still parked on my block overnight. Figured ok, I'll be decent and give it a full 24 hours. Tuesday night rolled around and walking my dog what do I see but the same JM Polcurr van parked on a residential street, something Section 9-64-170 is very clear about in the Municipal Code of Chicago. I called several times on Wednesday to try and follow up and handle this like a gentlemen but the office never picked up my multiple phone calls. I certainly hope their grasp of the NEC is better than their grasp of the Municipal Code of Chicago. I will now be contacting my ward office and the 9th district to have this van ticketed if I see it parked on this residential street again. -
