The Cleaning Authority administrative staff and the employees who come to clean are dedicated, and do an exceptional job; both on keeping me informed of upcoming appointments and arriving on-time. I am especially happy today that they completely cleaned up after Christmas decorations were boxed and put away!

When allowing strangers into your home, it’s a little nerve wracking. Any questions or problems I had have been answered in a timely manner and I appreciate the office staff’s attention and promptness. The cleaning team is so fast - they have a system and come in and get your house done quickly! It’s very convenient and I enjoy that there are a rotation of “focus areas” so each time there is a portion of your home that gets “deep cleaned”. Overall, it’s been a good experience so far.

One of the finest house cleaning experiences we've had in years. The crew was professional, polite and thorough. Our black-market Persian carpets have never been so clean! What i liked best was the crew's demeanor - proud of their work and happy to be at our home. They were also respectful of our antique mirrors, stolen indian artifacts, and valuable fake Van Gough paintings. Even had an inspection from the company afterwards which I wasn't expecting.
