Very professional. Carpets and sofas looked brand new when finished. Everything dried in the time frame he described. I would not hesitate recommending them. I plan on will be using their services again.

We are extremely impressed with A Personal Touch. They cleaned our carpets both for selling our house and relocating to a new house. We couldn’t be happier with their work and highly recommend them.

Came out and gave an estimate at 10pm at night once we realized we had a water leak that got onto out carpets. Was able to beat a previous estimate and was friendly and easy to work with. Definitely reccommend.

They did very good job. Our only concern was the time before we could return our furniture to the clean floor. After turning on our ceiling fan to hi and turning on an additional fan for our dining area, the time was about 4-5 hours. This would have been the case for any carpet cleaning company though.

The level of customer service is exceptional. The company truly works until you are 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them going forward. I told them I was not satisfied with the initial service and they came back and completed the job again to my satisfaction! Great experience!

I worked with Rich at APT on to fix severe water damage and address mold that had formed. They were very communicative through the whole process and were very pleasant and easy to work with. I’d recommend them for anyone needing work to fix water damage.

Amazing, to keep it brief cats went wild breaking their robot litter and peeing all over basement. Jess scheduled my appointment. Bless her soul. Miro came over and got the job done. Absolutely Fabulous!! I called A Person Touch Cleaning after I fell in the middle of the night and hit my head on the bottom of the rocking chair. I bled on the carpet and needed to get it cleaned ASAP. I did what I could with peroxide, but new I needed a professional cleaner. I spoke to Jessica (owner) and they worked with me between all my doctor appointments. The carpet in the bedroom is over 20 years old and has never been professionally cleaned (we always rented a "do-it-yourselfer" machine). I'm disabled now (not from the fall tho) and was not going to attempt this by myself, plus the carpet needed sanitation. They called when they said they would, and they showed up ON TIME when they said they would. I didn't expect miracles but that is EXACTLY what they gave me!! The carpet was full of dirt, dust, cat hair (so much cat hair!) and cooking grease (one of the rooms is immediately off the kitchen by the stove). We removed everything off the floor (by our choice) except for the big furniture. To say the carpet looks (and smells) brand new is an understatement! The pictures do not do their work justice! It looks fantastic and I could not be happier! The price was less than I had anticipated, and they were done in about an hour, maybe a little bit more. If you need your floors done, CALL THEM!!! Josh and John were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Our carpets look BRAND new! One of the rooms was so stained and I didn’t think it would ever look clean again. Much to my surprise it did!!! The cost to clean a master bedroom, 2 small bedroom and stairs was very reasonable. They saved me from having to buy new carpets!!! Thank you, John and Josh!

With three dogs, dirt and odor can accumulate. This is our second time with this company and we loved the results. Everything smells fresh and clean. I recommend A Personal Touch to anyone who needs their carpets freshened!

This company has been amazing from day one! Jessica and Andrew were so good to us! I reached out early Monday morning inquiring about service and they came to measure the area mid day and had us on schedule the same week. Their communication is great and their work is amazing! We are a snow removal company and have issues with salt stains and flooding from snow. A Personal Touch did an amazing job cleaning the area. Pictures are attached! Highly recommend this company!

A Personal Touch was amazing to work with! We had a lot of stains from our dog on our carpet and our carpet looks so nice & clean now and back to how it was. They have phenomenal communication and were able to work with us when we had to reschedule a couple of times! Greg let us know when they were on their way and were very friendly while at our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned!

We are very happy with how well A Personal Touch cleaned our carpets. The technician was prompt and considerate and fast. He even offered to bring us coffee! He was able to greatly improve several patches of stains that previous cleaners said were permanent.

Andrew & team from APT were great. Removed and treated an extensive amount of mold in our basement and found the source of very small amount of water leakage we didn’t even know was coming in! Already recommended them to a coworker. :)

We recently moved into a rental that we were told would have carpets professionally cleaned prior to our tenancy. This was clearly not the case, or at least was very poorly done (see photos 1-6 as "before" photos). This company (ie Jessica) went above and beyond, coming on a Saturday to accommodate us, understanding that we needed a clean asap for our kiddo. Their technician (John) was extremely professional, and did a wonderful job!

Andrew was very professional. He explained what was going to happen and all the steps needed to remove the mold from our bathroom safely.
