We recently had the pleasure of working with A Personal Touch Cleaning and Restoration after experiencing water damage in our home. I can’t say enough about how impressed we are with the service that Andrew and his team provided. From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They replaced our floors, cleaned our air ducts, and even removed and replaced a moldy wall. The attention to detail was amazing—when they finished, our home looked absolutely beautiful and, more importantly, incredibly clean. The team was respectful, friendly, and worked diligently to ensure everything was perfect right before the holidays. We’re so grateful for their hard work and would not hesitate to call them again for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

Personal touch cleaning & restoration did a phenomenal job on my basement. I had water damage due to my sump pump going out. They came quickly and fixed everything. Unfortunately my pad under my carpet couldn’t be saved but they ripped everything out, replaced the padding, and restored my carpet back to new ! I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience hiring APT to clean our ducts and carpets. They did it during the same visit! Jessica was very patient and friendly while answering all of my endless questions. Andrew and his team member Romero were punctual, professional, and considerate of our home while they worked. We couldn't believe what came out of our ducts! They also talked us through the carpet cleaning process before they did it, as well as other services they offer that they thought our home might need--NOT in a sales sort of way, but in a way that showed us they really care about their clients. We would hire them again in a heartbeat, and will absolutely be recommending them to our neighbors and loved ones.

If you’re even thinking of using someone else, DON’T. They were AMAZING. They got out every stain from the dog and from the slime loving toddler. We will definitely have them back for couches or whatever else I can think of lol. Customers for life! Great, great guys!

We’ve gotten our carpets cleaned a couple times by this company and they are TOP NOTCH! Our technician, Greg, was super friendly, incredibly respectful and made our carpets look good as new. We will never use another company. Beyond happy and satisfied with our carpets every single time!

We got our air ducts cleaned and sanitized and had a great experience. Jessica was very responsive and easy to schedule with. The men cleaning the air ducts were efficient and did a great job. We will use them for other services in the future and would recommend to others!

I wholeheartedly recommend this company, hands down. Called on Tuesday at 9 am to inquire about bloody carpet cleanup. Jessica, after hearing my story, immediately contacted service department and I had a scheduled appointment for three hours later. Edwardo was professional, informed and answered my questions. He explained the entire procedure, what products he would be using, and why. He did a fantastic job, and worked quickly and efficiently. I can’t say enough about the friendly, courteous services I received. The cost was comparable to other companies I had researched.
