We were extremely pleased with the job Roberto did at our house. Windows were washed inside and out, screens and sills cleaned and front porch area and eaves power washed. We are very happy with the results. Roberto was friendly, professional and made sure everything was perfect - spending the time necessary to do the job right. The price was very reasonable as well. We will definitely ask him to come back for all future cleaning work.

We initially hired Robest to clean our gutters and his pricing was extremely fair and he was efficient so we asked him to install gutter guards and window cleaning. He walked us through the whole process of gutter guards and even dropped off a sample for us to see. Great communication throughout the process and very professional. Highly recommend!

Hired Robest Services for my annual window cleaning and I couldn't be happier with how well he did the job. Initial communication was fast, easy and professional. Also had them do power washing of the house and sidewalks and wow what a difference!

The most important thing to me because of my own limited time is that a service be on time and do what they say Loren carpet cleaners did just that. Had four area rugs from a 12x12 to runners cleaned, have two dogs and they came out like new. Prompt professional service, so rare.

Brian is the guardian angel of all carpet and upholstery. This man does such an incredible job, the fabric and carpets looked newer than the day they were put in. He's a stand up guy and doesn't play games- he makes sure everything is clear and understandable before he even comes in. He's the type of guy you think you've known forever after two minutes of conversation. He does his jobs so quick but do not mistake that for a sign of haste- he get out spots YOU didn't even know you had. Stop your search and give this man a call. I called Brian for a job I needed done right away for flooding issue. He came the nexrmt day and did an amazing job and saved my carpet and couch and me of course a lot of money! I so appreciate his professional fast service. My carpet looked new!

Brian did a fabulous job. He sets up, gets going and completes the job on time. Brian worked on the carpets just enough to get them perfectly clean and not soil them with too much water and cleaner. Soggy carpets can cause more problems and Brian avoided that. When he showed me the wastewater I could not believe how much dirt and grime he captured.

I met Brian more than 8 years ago and he's been my go-to guy ever since. I wouldn't call anyone else. He's done carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning for me at two different houses now.

Other companies may be cheaper BUT I've used what I've come to call "spray and suck" carpet cleaners and if just wanted someone to put water (and too much soap) on my stuff, just to save a few bucks then I'd find that coupon or groupon deal and settle for less - DON'T DO IT! Hire the guy that does it right! Brian!!!!

He has always taken the time to do the job right. Doesn't rush. Explains any issues he comes across and makes everything he touches look awesome - he can't turn crappy things new but he will make it look the best it can. If Loren Carpet Cleaners (Brian) can't "fix" issues you might have NO ONE CAN! Can you tell I like this guy and the work he does? Leave the cheap options where they belong - on the trash heap!!!

Lastly, and totally unrelated, he's a hell of a bass player!

The quality of his work and attention to detail are what sets him apart from other companies. He always makes sure you understand what he is doing and what steps you should take when he is finished. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my carpets.
