WOW! This team is phenomenal. From the very first interaction the communication, clarity, and professionalism was top notch. They were so easy to work with. On top of that, the work they did was A+. They made my carpets look like I don’t have a constant stream of 3 boys and 2 dogs tracking mud everywhere. They feel and look brand new again. We had significant water damage on three floors due to a toilet overflow around 6pm. Andrew from APT was on site within an hour of being notified to inspect the damage and immediately got a dehumidifier up and running. His team started the remediation work the next morning, wrapped up all demo work that day to begin the drying out process, and cleaned up after themselves.

Everyone on his team was kind and empathetic during a challenging situation. Their communication was fantastic, they kept us updated on progress, and answered all questions via text within minutes.

We always felt like we were getting an honest and accurate information, despite them knowing that insurance would be paying for the costs of remediation. Our insurance adjuster commented how happy he was to be working with APT vs. some of the other companies who take advantage of these situations.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from APT. We had significant mold in our basement due to a water leak, and Andrew was incredibly responsive. He replied within minutes and even came out on a Saturday to assess the damage. His team quickly identified the water source and began treating the mold right away.

The difference after remediation was unbelievable. For over a year, our basement had a musty smell that aggravated my asthma, making it hard to spend time down there. In just one day, they removed all the mold, fogged the area, and cleaned the vents so we can finally breathe easy again.

What impressed me most was their thoroughness. The mold spread further than we originally thought, but the team continued treating the space until they were certain every trace was gone. They didn’t just stop when the initial plan was complete.

On top of the excellent work, the team was friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of mold remediation.

we had a rodent issue last fall and the exterminator straight up told us the problem was partly from how filthy the kitchen area was. embarrassing since we have clients come through. our last janitor was basically just emptying trash cans and calling it done. brought MyOffice in to do a deep clean first and then set up a weekly schedule. the kitchen is unrecognizable now, they degrease the counters and get under the sink area every visit. no more crumbs building up behind the fridge either. pest company came back for a check and said the space was clean enough that they didnt need to re-treat

I’ve been with them for about 3 months now and things are going well. we have a mid size office in Carol Stream and needed someone to come in a few nights a week after business hours. they were pretty responsive getting everything set up, had someone come walk the space and figure out what made sense. the crew they send is reliable, same people almost every time which matters because they know the layout and dont need direction anymore. bathrooms are always done right, kitchen area gets wiped down, floors look good. one thing i appreciate is they dont cut corners in the spots people dont see much like the back hallway and storage area. pricing is fair for what we get and the billing is simple. no random charges showing up or anything like that. if something needs attention we just send a message and they handle it next visit

They do the full janitorial for our office suite, everything from vacuuming and mopping to trash removal and restroom cleaning. What stands out most is the restrooms honestly - mirrors are spotless, dispensers are always filled, tile looks like it actually gets scrubbed not just rinsed. The carpeted areas in the main office stay looking fresh too. We have them on a twice weekly schedule and that seems to be the right fit for our space. Nothing fancy, they just do what they say they will.
