I have been using AllStar Heating & Cooling or 5 years now for our yearly tune-up and maintenance. They have always been great to work with. Colin came out today to clean and tune-up our furnace, replace our filters and more. Highly recommend their services.

Have been using AllStar for a number of years. Routine maintenance / cleaning … always responsive professional tidy …. Yet, like most things we’re only really judged or appreciated when that crucial moment hits.

Returning from winter escape / furnace decided to die. Obviously being late, no heat, action was needed. Within 45min Tech was at our door (sorry forgot his name) within minutes it was apparent the motor died. The Tech left my home an return within 30 minutes with the (1) remaining part in inventory. In no time we had heat.

For those reading this looking for props. Let me make it simple. We were in Northern California for 5 months - the Service AllStar provided does not exist out there.

What a genuine pleasure it is knowing We have a great relationship with a quality provider. An yes, we will follow Allstar advice an plan to replace our unit in the coming months.

Fantastic company. They provide quality service and don’t try to rip you off. Used them for routine cleaning and they were very professional and timely. I had an issue with my furnace month after the cleaning and they actually troubleshooted the problem with me over the phone and appears to be solved. Didn’t try to take money from me for a simple fix. Very much appreciated that and gained my trust for future work. Won’t call anyone else next time.

I called another company and set up an appointment for just a service call and they couldn’t get me in until June 24. That night my air conditioning went out totally. I called All Star at 3:30 the next day after I got home from work and told them my situation. The wonderful receptionist put me on hold and came back and said Colin will be over in 45 minutes. WOW!! Colin was very polite and informative as to what he was doing. I’m in an older home with funky electric wiring but Colin figured it out. Even went to Menards for fuses. Now I’m enjoying my cool house Thanks to All Star and their staff. ❤️

We called on 4th of July weekend at 830pm with no A/C. The technician Colin was at my home within an hour and had my unit fixed very quickly. I appreciate the time and effort AllStar and especially Colin put into fixing my issue so quickly. I would recommend to anyone looking to hire them to do a job and I will be looking at them when it will come time to replace my system.

All Star saved the day when our AC stopped working at 6pm. Our Tech, Colin, was outstanding - very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts available in his truck, and had our AC working before sundown. I will use All Star again and highly recommend them.

We have been using AllStar for many years. I can't thank Virginia and her team enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. Chris and his counterpart (apologies I did not catch his name) were nothing but professional and helpful, resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. My parents had to get their PTAC units replaced. Their technician Kyle and his partner Diego did a wonderful job. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend.

Timely friendly service. My technician (Francisco) did a great job. I highly recommend Allstar Heating and Cooling. I have used their services a couple times now and have found my interactions with them to be extremely customer service focused.

Air conditioning always breaks when it is the hottest!! Of course mine went out on a Thursday when it was in the 90's. I called All Star and spoke with Virginia. She got me a new unit and scheduled my installation for the following Monday - that is ONE business day!! Chris arrived at noon - on time within the 11am - 1pm promised window. He was very professional, personable and polite and did a quick removal of the old unit and popped in the new unit and wired it up and tested everything. Then he walked me through all the settings and made sure I knew how to work the new unit which was a different manufacturer than the old one. GREAT JOB CHRIS!!!!! I would highly recommend All Star!! Sometimes things DO go well - this was one of those times! I'm nice and cool now!

Mark came to our apartment to service one of our units and did a remarkable job changing out something as seemingly simple as a fan blade. More importantly, Mark's entire approach to his work is so professional and he is so competent that I just sat and watched him work. He is an expert at his work, and his approach to both his work and his customers shows up throughout the entire time he was in our apartment. I would recommend AllStar without hesitation. Every technician that we have had in our home has been exceptionally good!!

AllStar made the entire process from quote to install so easy. Their customer service is amazing as well as their service techs. I found them on Google based on reviews and they definitely live up to the 5 stars. I will be recommending them to everyone!

We had our furnace and air replaced plus added a new tankless hot water system. Everyone from Allstar that worked at our home was extremely professional and courteous. Our tech Max was great at explaining operations and kept the entire workspace clean. We would recommend Allstar every time. Thanks guys 😊

Update: two more years of them servicing our PTAC units and installing remote controls. Very satisfied with prompt service and honesty in related costs. Still highly recommended.

We have been using AllStar for two years now and are very satisfied with them. Our tech always gives us written information and quotes, so that we can make an informed decision about the service, based on the needs of the PTAC units in our unit. Have purchased maintenance agreement and found it to be beneficial when we had to replace a unit. Highly recommend them. Professional at the home office and the technicians.

Excellent service. Everything explained to me after installation. Beautiful looking system. All areas were cleaned up in work and surrounding areas.
Had me access and work the wall thermostat to be sure I understood how to access and utilize.

They were very professional and did a great job. Everyone from the people who took my calls to the ones who came to work on my PTAC system were great. I highly recommend them if you're having issues with your PTAC system.

The owner refused to canceled the annual
Contract. I explained we no longer wanted the services because each time the unit is service we had to pay a fee of 80.00. In addition water damaged our old flooring which we had to replace.

Also we paid 4900 cash for a new unit which we thought was under the warranty. It’s wasn’t.

We are disappointed in the owner not canceling the contract for 400.00 since we have known her for 30 years when this company service a rental unit we had in the city. So when we needed a new unit we thought the company would be fair. However, it’s all about the profit margin for the owner not the customer.

So we lost over 400 but the owner lost a customer. Obviously, she doesn’t care.
