Vito and his staff were awesome! I reached out to elite air after a contractor wasn’t responding after coming out. Elite air returned my call same day, was out for a quote the next day and completed my project all within a weeks time! They also cleaned up after themselves. I believe they are priced right as well. I will be using them in the future, as should you!!

I live alone and didn’t really have anyone to ask for recommendations so I had to trust a google search and thankfully it did not disappoint!

I contacted them late at night and call was promptly answered. I ended up opting for a next day service and they were not only on time but also communicated with me very well to coordinate timely arrival.

The technician was very respectful and professional! My AC was fixed in less than 1h.

The Elite techs wouldn't give up until they solved the issue. They also corrected some poor installation by the other contractor. Thanks guys for being excellent workers and just nice people.

Getting a new furnace and AC is always one of a homeowner's biggest financial hits, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Elite Air proved to be the most reliable, professional HVAC company I have encountered across multiple homes and cities. When my AC started having issues in my current house, they didn't try to sell me. They gave me the options. They even advised me against overspending when they could have easily gotten more money. I decided to go ahead and replace vs. repair since all of my equipment was 20+ years and definitely on its last leg. Shortly after I ordered and scheduled my service, the AC officially kicked the bucket on a hot Friday night. I let them know, but wasn't expecting any service since my equipment and installation wasn't scheduled until the following week. Without asking, they showed up first thing the next morning (on a Saturday morning) to try and get it back up and running at no cost to me while I waited for my new equipment to arrive. They also put in a temporary/portable AC unit to keep me cool until the equipment arrived on Monday. Again, at no cost to me. They showed up first thing Monday, installed all of the equipment professionally and quickly without issue. I couldn't believe how smooth it all went. The crew was professional and friendly. They were nice and friendly around my wife and kids and they took care of my home—making very sure to not damage floors and walls with narrow turns and staircases. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all of the old parts. They went above and beyond the scope of the project in more ways than one without trying to hit me with hidden costs. On top of it all and in addition to providing flawless service and top of the line equipment, they also gave me the BEST price. Can't recommend them highly enough. I will be recommending Elite to my neighbors who also have similarly older units. My wife has already texted our next door neighbor with their info and singing their praises.

Vito did a great job cleaning my furnace and installing a new part. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and Elite to everyone!

I had an excellent experience with this HVAC company! After receiving various quotes from several different companies, each giving me different prices and pushing me to replace my entire system. It was refreshing to find a team that was honest and realistic. Joe explained all of my options clearly and assured me that the issue could be fixed now, and that I could choose to replace my older HVAC system later on when needed. No pressure, just genuine guidance. The technicians Nick and Kurt came out the very next day and quickly repaired the part causing the problem. They were both very professional & knowledgeable. Amidst frigid temperatures I made 1 phone call reporting the heat was not working in our business and within 2 hours we had a team at our location diagnosing the problem, fixing what could be fixed on the spot, then ordering the parts and promptly returning this morning to complete the job! Had the best experience with Elite! They got us up and running in a jam and were so great we had them back to replace our old units! They laid out all of our options, made it very clear what we needed, and didn't try to oversell us on anything. We will definitely be using them again

Been using Elite Air for quite a few years. Joe and Vito run a great company. Very happy with the job they did on my furnace. In a couple months, I’m sure I’ll be just as happy when they installed my new air conditioner.

The guys were very flexible with my crazy schedule, came in on time, ready to work. They were very professional and informative, showed me how everything looked before the cleaning, explained the process and what needed to be done. Then they got to work and did it very fast, very clean, very nice! Walked me through everything at the end of the job and you could see and smell the difference right away! would definitely recommend Carol Stream Heating & Cooling over and over again!

We had Mark out from Allstar to have a look at our humidifier and couldn't be more pleased. Without much direction from us he was able to quickly assess the problem, give us a couple solutions and get right to work on the one we chose. Will definitely bookmark them as our heating & air company for anything we might need in the future.
