I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gray’s both personally and professionally. They’ve handled my regular furnace and AC maintenance for many years, always to my satisfaction. When it came time to replace my furnace, their expertise with our complex setup made it an easy decision to trust them with such a significant investment.

Professionally, the company I work for also relies on Gray’s to provide reliable and cost-efficient service to nearly 200 condo associations across the Chicagoland area. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient — truly a pleasure to work with.

Gray’s saved the day when my heater recently stopped working on a below zero day. They had someone come out within 4 hours of me calling. He was very helpful with any questions I had and managed to address the problem with my HVAC quickly and professionally. I also signed up for their membership program that is well priced and a good deal especially for me having an older HVAC unit. Would highly recommend looking into the program for people who fear the worst when it comes to HVAC problems.

Grays mechanical was extremely responsive to my initial request and had someone (Eric) sent out within 24 hours. Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable addressing an issue with my furnace and answered all of my questions. The issue has been resolved and I will continue to use them for all HVAC service moving forward. Andrew and Oscar completed a removal of an old furnace and an install of a new furnace. The outside temps were in the low single digits with interior temps dripping down to the low 50’s on the main floor of our house and low 40s in the basement where the furnace was. They were quick, efficient and explained the process, the new system works perfectly. Thanks for the quick service response, efficient diagnosis and installation of the new system.

Being in sales myself I am very hard to please. I took three bids to replace my outdated system. Gray’s was the last company I met with. Dan arrived on time. He was personable. Made a call after thermostat temp was not Performing at set Temp. Nick, the technician came out quickly after my call and was able to solve the problem and inform me on what was going on and explain everything. He was also extremely nice and helpful. Very happy with my service, Highly recommend.

Moved into a new home and there was a problem with the heat distribution. Vito diagnosed the problem and he and his crew fixed it.

Nick and Elite came out for an emergency call on a Sunday when our furnace went out. Came back the next day to finish the job. I feel very good that I got a very fair price and that Nick did the highest quality work. I trust Nick and Elite and will use them again.

Same timely service as last visit. Once again, Elite Air provided reliable trustworthy service. We called for a spring check up for our air/heating system. The technician, Vito, was terrific. Explained exactly what was needed and what was still in good shape. Answered all questions and very thorough with no sales pitch. Detailed invoice provides clearly all work done, status of system, and charges are easy to understand and in writing. Once again very pleased with Elite and sure to stay cool this summer.
