I had Chappels Heating & Cooling come out and service and clean my HVAC system recently. The technician was kind and knowledgeable. The issue found with my unit was explained clearly as well as all the options for addressing the issue. They were able to fix it that day and I opted for the maintenance program as well, which is an incredible deal compared to what I have had in the past, and it saved me money on my repair that day as well. My partner and I were very pleased with the assistance of Brad N, our service technician, when our furnace stopped working. The scheduling person on the phone was helpful and polite as well. Brad arrived within the stated time window and was able to quickly figure out the problem and explain it to us in a way that was simple to understand (despite very little background knowledge). He was able to get our furnace up and running the same day as well as do routine maintenance. Brad took a stressful situation and turned it into an easy one. Thanks again!

I had a new AC unit installed back in 2023 and have had problems with it ever since. It simply (and frustratingly) would not cool or hold a charge no matter how many service calls were performed.

I contacted Chappel's and they worked diligently, putting in probably 10 hours or more, to get it running. My AC has never worked so well! It now has force when blowing and has never felt so cold.

I'm a happy camper!

What are the chances both furnaces stop working on a Sunday night when it’s 9below outside? 100% if you’re me!
I cannot say enough great things about Brad, Mary and Alex at Chappel’s Heating and Cooling.
Brad had a pretty good idea my problem was with the Nest thermostats. He offered to come out late Sunday night but at that point I was hunkered in for the adventure.
Mary called me first thing Monday to make sure I was ok. What service and thoughtfulness!
Brad and Alex arrived right on time. They put their booties on and got to work. Within minutes they confirmed the Nest thermostats weren’t getting enough power to keep a charge due to the extreme cold temps.
They could have tried to sell me new thermostats or an auxiliary kit for the common wire adapter. But no! They pulled the thermostats and showed me how I had the additional wire already in the wall. Within mins they had both thermostats working and my furnaces were pumping heat.
Brad suggested I consider their maintenance plan since my HVAC systems are 7 years old. I definitely will have Chappel as my HVAC service provider! Thanks for saving me and my home during the deep freeze!

Chappel’s Heating, Cooling and Home Performance was recommended to me a number of years ago. I very much regret not switching to them at that point. Dwight Payne did a whole house evaluation to identify problems I was having with my current HVAC. Even before the complete diagnostic report results were available Dwight was able to identify areas that could be easily fixed. About the same time my air conditioning stopped working. Even though I wasn’t an established customer Chappel’s very quickly had someone come out to look at it. Technician Brad Norberg was able to get the air conditioning going with a temporary fix, coming back a second time to do necessary re-wiring and install a new thermostat. Both Dwight and Brad are extremely professional and thoroughly answered the many questions I had. I feel like my HVAC system is in very good hands now that I have started using Chappel’s and I highly recommend them.

My furnace went out and they were quick to respond with sending someone to my home. One of the owners, Phil, and Alex came out to access the problem. I needed a new furnace which they were able to get right away and did an excellent job with installing it. They are very professional and left everything clean once the job was done. I highly recommend them.

We had a specific issue to solve, one room that was consistently 10 - 20 degrees colder than the rest of the house in the winter. I had gone through 2 different companies who told me to just replace the furnace but didn't do any type of assessment. Dwight came in, ran bunch of tests and assessments, and recommended we remove the current vents because they were terribly inefficient and poorly installed. They did an incredible job, helped us with our actual issues - they were friendly, timely, did it quickly and the price is was reasonable. It’s often difficult to find a reliable, fairly priced, HVAC expert that you can trust and enjoy working with. Upon a recommendation, Chappel’s looks to be fitting the bill for us.
We didn’t have a major issue, but needed some rework and an annual service, and our tech Brad handled it perfectly. He even accommodated a particular request with creativity and such a great attitude. He knows his field well but speaks with you in a common language manner to understand. So glad we found Chappel’s and looking forward to their services we will need in the future.
