Highly recommend this company. Our 3rd floor was always too hot and our previous solution for that was a booster fan that sounded like a helicopter in our house when it was on. Chappel's came out and did a whole house evaluation to determine our problems and then offered up 4 options to help keep the 3rd floor cool.

We decided on installing a ductless system for the two rooms on the 3rd floor and couldn't be happier. The instillation was smooth and professional. As soon as they turned the system on we could see the difference. The 3rd floor went from inhabitable most of the summer to the most consistent temp in the whole house. As a bonus, they also helped re-secure our ductwork for the main AC and fix any issues they saw that previous companies did. We'll only be using Chappel's going forward.

Chappel's did an excellent job dealing with my older (1953) home. They upgraded my AC unit and blower system, making sure to give me the most cost efficient and energy efficient option for my home. They are meticulous, neat and timely.

Their prices are not the cheapest, but they are fair for the high quality and dependable service they provide. Chappels has installed our heating, humidity control, cooling, hot water, and water softener systems. We have have enjoyed excellent service from these major appliances and they have been maintained in very good condition. We have had no worries or issues with these important systems since Chappels took over maintenance of our heating and cooling.

Brad is amazing. He came to our house at 5:00 am on New Year's Day and got our heating working again. He explained step by step what he was doing and why our furnace had issues. The bill was also extremely reasonable. These guys will not rip you off. I've never been so impressed by any service folks before. Thank you Brad!!!!

They snapped a pvc pipe while installing. Once I finally realized the snapped pipe, they proceeded to say I snapped it and they refused to fix it. Owner gave a bunch of attitude and is a jerk to customers. Highly advise to stay away from this company

*Edit - I was informed that it would cost me $100 to send a technician. The next morning, the technician called me and accused me of lying, claiming the snap was recent, which is absolutely not true. Despite my politeness, the technician continued to be rude and proceeded to call me a liar then hang up on me. The reason it took two years to report this issue is because the glue that had been used to hide the snap finally wore away.

we're very happy with our new tankless water heater. the lower cost option without the recirc loop works great. we get hot water very quickly. no more luke warm showers. wish i'd done it years ago. the installation does take all day. well worth it.

Brad and Alex serviced and cleaned our boiler and bled and adjusted our radiators. Along the way they answered our questions and also helped us understand how our heating system works. First time using this company. We highly recommend.

We were in the market for a Mitsubishi mini split heating and air conditioning unit for our sun room. Three installers are listed on the Mitsubishi web site, We contacted all three. We chose Chappel. Sue put us in touch with their resident expert, Dwight. He is the most knowledgeable and professional. The install was thoughtful and tailor-made for our home. All lines are inside - nothing but the unit is outside. This approach was labor intensive for them, but not intrusive to us. The installer, Phil, who happens to be the owner worked in a pleasant and timely manner and left our home spotless. He even vacuumed our basement! His helper, Brad was polite, respectful and worked, worked, worked. We are so pleased with the new addition to our sun room, we're toasty warm. To top it all off, Dwight brought us a lovely bouquet of flowers! Do yourselves a favor and add Chappel to your list of trusted service professionals.

Just had winter service, Brad is the best!

For many years, Chappel's has been our heating and a/c company. They have done regular maintenance, and Phil has also come more than once to help us with an untimely problem. This week, with an excessive heat watch looming, our old air conditioner final said, “No more.” Dwight, Brad and the staff at Chappel’s worked a few little miracles to get us cooling with a new air conditioner even faced with some unforeseen obstacles. Chappel's Heating and Cooling has always provided us with professional, trustworthy service, and I highly recommend them.

Strongly recommend Chappel's and Service Technician Brad Norberg in particular. I have been using Chappel's for seasonal preventative maintenance for a while now with excellent results. On a recent call, Brad discovered a gas leak resulting from the work of a previous plumbing contractor. Brad repaired numerous gas line connections where the previous contractor was unable to identify the leak and he explained his actions every step of the way. Thanks Brad!!
