The advertised $199 for Restore main sewer the guy came over trying to put down the camera. He said he couldn’t see anything in the camera and then he said he tried to route it out, but it seems like he did not try it as hard as he should’ve he kept pushing me to spend more money for a bigger machine for For $600 they would come back and fix it seems like a scam to me right

Exceptional craftsmanship provided by Jaime and his partner for our AC replacement project. New AC unit, new electric disconnect, new AC unit base, new coil (due to larger AC unit with updated refrigerant), fully installed. I’m disappointed with this experience. I was walked through multiple steps only to be told at the end that you do not serve my address. That information should have been disclosed upfront. The runaround wasted my time and reflects poorly on your customer service. Please review your intake process so this does not happen to others.

Sam was great. He came to figure out what was going on with the error mesare regarding heating on my control pad. He thoroughly checked the unit and exhaust and explained everything. Heat is working fine but I need to replace my 10 year old control pad.

Nick explained old unit failing inspection and not up to acceptable usage and was a potential hazard. I purchased a new comparable furnace for my house. At a fair price with (2) complete warranty includes new April Air Humidifier and wall thermostat

Broken pvc pipe in basement. Expertly repaired by Brian. Appx 2.5 hour job includes p/u of piping. The stars are for Brian. The price was higher than anticipated. Brian showed up inside of an hour from my service call. I have used AWE for many years.

Samuel came out to address our thermostat concerns. This was a follow up from two days prior by a different technician that did not fix the problem. Samuel was very thorough and gave us a Honeywell thermostat in place of the two failed Ecobee thermostats. It’s working perfectly now.
