I was very impressed with A -1 Saftey Chimney Service. Sonny and Daniel were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They had everything they needed on the truck to repair my chimney and replace my old logs. The cost was reasonable and work was done quickly the same day. I also received pictures of all the work done.

Rico and his co- worker were very professional and helpful in telling me exactly what he was doing and how much each step would cost. Cleaned up and took away old pipes. I would recommend Rico to all my family and friends. 👍

I cannot say enough great things about A-1 Safety Chimney Services! I called them this week on a Monday with a fairly emergent exhaust flue issue and they fit me in the next day. Zach and Daniel were incredible! So thorough and professional. They walked them through every step of the way. They found a HUGE squirrel nest in my pipe and removed it same day. This was causing major condensation and rusting on my exhaust pipes coming off my furnace. They made sure everything was taken care of and even treated my exhaust flue on the roof to keep it from rusting more. Looks brand new! I know who I'll be calling for any future work! (hopefully this doesn't happen again, but a simple check annually is probably a great idea!). Thank you again so much for everything! I'm telling everyone about how great you guys are! Professional and easy from start to finish. It was easy to book, customer service was great. The reminder call went over what to expect. Sonny and Steven, our technicians were amazing! We will definitely use them again and recommend to our friends and family.

We had condensation dripping down the exhaust duct from our furnace. After careful examination of the roof, they found the cause to be erosion around the base of the chimney and also found some potential issues with a chimney cap which was also rusting out. They showed us photos which convinced us that they should fix the problems. Both Zac and Brandon were extremely professional and courteous and we were delighted with the quality of their repairs.

I did not choose this company. HOA chose this company. I hold companies to high standards and this company surprised me with such excellence.

I would highly recommend using A1 Chimney for your chimney and fireplace needs. I will inquire as to whether or not they do cleaning services and will look forward to using them in the fall to clean my fireplace.

I had Zac & Brandon come look at my Chimney. I thought they were very professional and courteous of my property. I truly believe they knew what exactly what was going on. It was in very bad condition. I seen the photos.
Had a New crown, masonry work & cage put up. Fair price. Having them do more work in near future. I really recommend this Company & these 2 gentlemen to work for you.

Rigo and Matthew were awesome. My initial sweeping and inspection was $275 which ended up turning it $1379. Keep reading the review I’m not upset at all. During Rico’s inspection he found some issues that he brought to my attention. Best part is they are the exact same issues my home inspector identified when we were considering buying our house. He didn’t upsell me on anything I didn’t need. He was spot on with what was actually wrong with our fireplace. I will be using A-1 for my annual cleaning.

I'm not quite sure how your company trains your drivers but whichever one of your employees was driving down US route 52 at about 4:15 on Tuesday afternoon not only should not have a driver's license they should not be allowed to drive a go-kart. Your employee pulled out in front of people in a 55 mph zone almost got rear-ended and then proceeded to tailgate the vehicle in front of him once they finally decided to get up to speed. Yet again I'm not sure how you train your drivers or if you bother training them but whichever person was driving this vehicle today should not be allowed to push a shopping cart let alone drive a company vehicle do better

AWE replaced our entire HVAC system two years ago. As part of the yearly maintenance, I had called months ahead to schedule an AC tune up. However, the day of, they called me saying they had to move my appointment by 1 month because too many people were out of air conditioning.

Fast forward to this week, our AC stopped working completely. Yet, they can’t come out until next week.

We’re very disappointed in the customer service this company has provided us with, and we do not recommend going with them.

Martin N is very knowledgeable and adept at what he does. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to help safeguard and extend the life of my furnace, and did a thorough inspection. He was great!

Called for a service technician to come by as our furnace was having an issue. They arrived within 2hours, which was great. I had pointed out what I could tell the problem was (I have no knowledge, but it was painfully obvious after little research, the inducer motor was the culprit). Technician didn’t even bother to look at that. Checked a few other areas, put his camera in the vents and suggested I buy a new furnace, pointing out there was wear and tear and I’d need a new one relatively soon anyways. Long story short, I ordered the inducer motor off Amazon for less than $100 and fixed it myself, while he wanted to charge me $3000+ to fix many unnecessary things and $7000+ for a new furnace. I understand they want everything to be working in top efficient order, but I also feel like my best interests were not being looked after. Felt like a car salesman type of interaction. Went through Costco to buy an AC unit and was happy with the service. Went directly to them for the furnace and felt like I was being taken advantage of. The prices are, what the prices are, but still felt like I was not being treated as a customer, but as a meal ticket. I have no complaints about they’re service, just comments on my experience.

Nick was polite, efficient, explained all the maintenance he perfomed, and potential issues.

This was a scheduled maintenance service as part of an annual maintenance contract.
