I can't recommend this company enough. Not usually a review guy, but they left a little index card with instructions on how to leave a review so I figured I owe it to them after what I received.

Brad was my technician and he was on time (they said he'd get here between 3:00-5:00 and he arrived at 4:25) and incredibly friendly. I'm sort of a DIY guy, so I essentially asked questions the entire time and he didn't mind at all. He figured out the problem with the AC in less than 20 minutes and it was fixed, but an old part in the unit was making a lot of noise. He gave me three options 1) leave it alone, let it be noisy (I like that he didn't push me to get something) 2) install a decent part that might make a bit of noise or 3) install a nice part that costs a bit more but is silent. I went with the silent option, expecting him to need to schedule a follow up. He had it in his truck and it was installed in 30 minutes. He was done in less than an hour, and the AC works perfectly.

The price was comparable to other providers, but the quality of work and service were second to none. Great job, Brad!

I came home at 3:30 pm on New Year's eve and my house was 66 degrees and blowing cold air from the vents. I called Chappel's immediately because I have used their services in the past with excellent results. Brad called me back within 10 minutes and said he could come right over. Long story short, Brad diagnosed the problem (igniter) and had the part on his truck. My problem was solved and Brad was on his way home by 5:00 pm. Phil and Brad are great guys and provide a trustworthy and invaluable service to the community. A+++ Thank you!!

We recently had Chappel's service our A/C. Brad was detailed with all his explanations on what needed to be repaired. Our unit was overdue for service and he got the unit back into proper working order. We ended up signing up for the annual maintenance plan because it made so much sense financially at time of billing. Thanks for everything.

For 20 years, Chappel's has been our go-to heating and A/C company. They helped us get a few more years out of the original 1983 furnace and too-small air conditioner so that we could save and prepare for their replacement. Brad comes out every Spring and Fall to check our A/C and furnace, and is always pleasant and efficient. Thanks, Phil, Sue, Libby, and Brad....you're the best!

Our family has returned to Chappels Heating and Cooling after several years using the company that installed the HVAC systems in our new home. We could not be happier. Brad has done a great job of servicing our heating and cooling units and teaching us what we need to know without trying to sell us products or services that we don't need. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had our yearly furnace maintenance done yesterday by Chappel's Heating & Cooling. We have been long-time customers of Chappel's Heating and Cooling and couldn't be happier with their service. We have had Sergio, one of their technicians, come to our home quite a few times now and he is exceptional. He is knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to do business with. He addresses every question and does so with a profound interest in what you are telling him. Like he actually cares about you and your problem. We only wish we could use Chappel and Sergio for ALL our service needs other than our furnace and air conditioner. Chappel's is a top notch company and we are truly happy customers. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

We just had Brad out from Chappel's Heating & Cooling to perform our winter service. He was very detailed and did a very good job. We have been using Chappel for over 15 years and have never come across another company with such honest, professional, and knowledgeable team members. They do great work and whoever you speak with on the phone, or encounter during a service call are always a pleasure to work with. An A++ company.

The service call was an inspection of the furnace and a repair to a return pipe. both were accomplished in one visit and with good results and friendly technicians. Brad took the time to explain the results of the inspection which was completed by Alex. I am very happy with the pricing and the work completed.

Our furnace shut down on Monday at 6PM. We called Chappel's after a search of reviews/companies. Brad was here by 7PM and informed us that our 28 year old furnace had a crack, showed us where it was and recommended a replacement, (which we appreciated, health and safety wise). Dwight was out the next day, Tuesday for a free estimate. Options were provided on Wednesday and we confirmed our choice on Thursday. Instal was completed on Friday. Speed and customer service is obviously high on their list. Absolute profession from start to finish. The furnace room was spotless upon completion. Never doubting anything about this major home repair is a comfort that they provide which truly made this painless. Thank you to Brad (superman), Dwight and Phil. Kudos also goes out to Libby and Sue in the office who treated us as though we were family with a genuine sense of caring and urgency.

They were awesome. Had my estimate and 5 days later they were installing an ac and furnace. Wonderful job and took time to explain certain things they were doing. I would highly recommend them. Great Company

Chappel's replaced our nearly 30 year old furnace and AC unit and they did a fantastic job. The work was done quickly, done well and for a good price. Our new units look great and we're so glad we got it done. They have maintained our equipment for years and we've never had a cause to call anyone else. Highly recommended.

First time working with this company. I was very impressed with company from the first call I made about getting service on my HVAC system. Brad was the tech that came out and he was great. Took time to explain everything to me (I am a novice when it comes to dealing with HVAC issues). Repaired my furnace which was the problem and not my thermostat which I originally thought was the problem. He didn't try to sell me a new thermostat even though my thermostat was an older one but still worked. Very satisfied with all my interactions with everyone I dealt with at Chappel's especially Brad who made this repair and service call smooth and easy to handle. Thanks!

Chappel's was recommended to me by someone I know who uses them and was very satisfied. I said I wanted a company that is honest and I can trust. The service was excellent. Anthony arrived on time, and wore booties over his shoes and was very professional. He did a thorough and excellent job and I felt very comfortable with Anthony. He went over the work he did on my furnace cleaning and maintenance. I would highly recommend Chappel's AND Anthony.

I called Chappel's for service and was scheduled quickly. I asked for as soon as possible due to construction recently being completed in my home they set us for the next business day. When Brad and Anthony came they explained exactly what they would be doing regarding the cleaning of all vents, intakes and ducts. The two of them spent a great deal of time making sure all were clean and that we were satisfied. They were very professional and worked non-stop to complete the job. I will used them again without a doubt.

Brad and Alex were awesome. There was another fella that came on the first day to do the a/c. Dwight was the fella that did my estimate. EVERYONE was awesome. My unit is on the 3rd floor and not exactly easy and flexible space to work. Everything was great, works well and expect nothing but excellent care in the future. We called Chappel's to come out for a furnace clean and check. Our appointment was scheduled for our convenience by a friendly associate. On the day of our appointment, the technician Anthony, arrived on time, and was very polite as he got to work. Once he was done, he went through a detailed review of the comprehensive check that he performed. Anthony was knowledgeable and thorough. We opted to sign up for a Preventative Maintenance Agreement with Chappel's for our furnace and A/C unit future checks and services. We would definitely recommend Chappel's based on our experience.

My issues with 2nd floor comfort in summer months were more complex than just replacing equipment. I spent a lot of time looking for the right contractor that could address my specific situation.

Dwight took the time to understand my specific situation and root cause the issues. He then worked with me to put together a comprehensive solution. Dwight was very knowledgeable and patient and he took the time to answer all of my questions.

The work was done per the plan and the 2nd floor comfort issues are no more.

Highly recommend . Chappel has been servicing my furnace and air conditioning units for six years now. And I like that they send the same tech every time. Brad N. is very knowledgeable, understanding, professional, and explains my issue and best solution . I like that Chappel never tries to upsell me and I am very happy with the prices.

Everyone on the Chappel's team was wonderful to work with and we were very happy with the sales process and the system that was installed. The responsiveness of their customer service, even in severe weather conditions, has been outstanding.

We cannot recommend Chappel’s enough! Phil, Dwight, Anthony, Brad, etc. have all been to our home to help with various furnace issues and have always fixed the issue and left the space they were working in better condition than when they arrived. Most recently our furnace broke down for good - 24 hours before negative temperatures were expected. The Chappel’s team ordered our new furnace, gave us space heaters to get us through the night, and installed the furnace very next day (a project that takes an entire day of time). Chappel’s gets 5 stars for great communication, educating us on the issue and presenting us with multiple options, and the highest quality work.
