i can not ask for any better service that I got today
they replace the entire furnace in just 1 hr notice
the temp outside was -11 and you could understand what disaster we could have in our hand

I had an amazing experience with this company and their employee Sergio. He was very nice and professional and got our heater fixed so quick. He had to leave to get a part to fix it and came back super fast. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends!

Gray's Mechanical was recommended to me via several Facebook users via the Carol Steam community page. And I can see why! I received a call early morning to schedule a same-day service as my heat had gone out. Eric was our service tech and he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and never once gave me the feeling that he was trying to "sell me" as has been my experience with other companies. I TRULY appreciate this. He also made sure that he left with our furnace up-and-running and gave me his honest opinion on future steps. I will continue to use Gray's Mechanical for my future heating and cool needs as I was left very happy. Thank you so much, Eric and company!

Easy to deal with. Quick appointments. Their technician Mr. Arturo was there at the time we discussed. Worked with my wife(I was not there). And fixed our AC problems. He even recommended some good suggestions that we will be going for. Just an update, I want to add Mr. Alex who came and dealt with the sale of a new AC unit. And Mr. Andrew for the installation. Great product, work, and people. !

Beyond happy with the service and knowledge provided by my tech. Sergio did a amazing job fixing my heat while my pregnant wife and I needed it most. This guy was courteous, patient and answered every little question I had. 11/10 recommend

AC broke down a few days after a service check that stated everything was operating great. The service check also include a “filter change” that’s basically see-through mesh. Charged $300 to change a capacitor after paying over $125 for the service check.

Responded quickly to my emergency call and had Sergio out within hours. And due to the need of a new Heating unit, Paul came out shortly afterwards to provide the survey of my house for recommendations of the appropriate new unit. Everyone from Gray’s was very informative and professional. Anthony who installed my new heater unit in Winfield was very time efficient with the installation and answered all my questions. They got to me quickly and had everything repaired immediately! I would highly recommend!

Two weeks ago we called Gray’s Mechanical and replaced our furnace and AC. They did a fantastic job.

What I really enjoyed was they offered for us 1 year free maintenance and 10 yrs of warranty.

We had Gray’s come out to see why our AC unit wasn’t cooling correctly. They were able to come out right away, then figured out we had a small leak. We were given options by the tech that made me feel like I wasn’t being forced into a decision I didn’t want to make like I’ve felt from other companies. I wasn’t being talked into buying a whole new system, which was very important to me. Kirby was able to fix everything up that day and we had cold AC in under 3 hours. The office staff were easy to deal with. I also spoke to the owner, Dan, when he followed up with me and he was super friendly and professional.

I had my electric dryer vent cleaned out. Juan did a thorough job. He cleaned up after the job was done. He was very respectful and nice to work with. Thank you.
