Nick was very professional and willing to go the extra mile on solving our problem with our furnace. We had another company out prior that recommended a full furnace replacement. We had Elite Air come out as a second option before replacement. Nick took the time to find out the real problem and fix the furnace. The furnace has been working great with no issues since Nick resolved the issue.

So happy with Vito’s service today of spring cleaning my A/C. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my “silly” questions with patience. He even went above and beyond and showed me how to install my water pad filter on my humidifier. I can now rest easy knowing that I am reading for summer! They always make me feel safe and comfortable! I will ALWAYS use this company. Thank you for all your great work Vito, and Elite Air.

I had an A/C leak. Elite Air came out quickly to make the needed repair. Nick was very professional and got my A/C back up and running with no hassles. I highly recommend!

My technician was named Vito and he was so wonderful. He took care of my furnace and he explained the procedures and what was wrong and how we could be proactive in keeping the furnace healthy. He spoke to my husband on the phone, he was very personable, professional, and provided excellent customer service. This is the second time we have used this company. Both technicians from this company have been outstanding. I would recommend this company, service, and technicians as outstanding.

Elite Air did an amazing job installing my furnace. They were in great communication the entire process leading up to the installation. They had the best price around when looking at different companies. Joe and his crew were extremely professional doing the furnace installation. I would highly recommend for any hvac needs.

Brian from Elite got back to us promptly on the phone and sent a tech quickly to look at things to get a preliminary estimate. Everything was clearly explained. The admin, Traci, got in touch to confirm all aspects of the ordered repair. The installation was scheduled the next day after they picked up the parts. Traci reached out as soon as y know when this wild be possible to setup an appointment. When taking things apart, the senior tech, Nick, noticed that the issue was actually different than what we all thought at first and explained the choices and fixed it for less than half the price of the original estimate. The whole experience was very professional and options were clear with no obfuscation. I recommend heartily their services.

My furnace went out on Sunday night and I called the 24 hour number. Vito gave me a call less than an hour later and when i told him what was going on determined that they would need parts that weren't on the van and we would need to wait until Monday but he got me the first appointment. He was courteous, helpful and well informed.

Kurt Schroeder was my technician. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was also very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. He was courteous, friendly and went above and beyond to help us get our furnace back in operation.

I plan to use Elite Air again when I need similar services.

Elite Air Inc. did a fantastic job replacing the air conditioner and furnace in our home. We built our house 20 years ago and Elite Air installed the original air conditioner. We had them perform annual checkups and cleaning which I believe is why the equipment lasted so long. Equipment still running but it was time for more efficient and new equipment. Workers are very kind and respectful. They took all old equipment and boxes even vacuumed basement floor around furnace. Highly recommend for excellent service.

Nick, our service technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained our problem, fixed and suggested ways to keep it from happening again.

Service rep was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. When he evaluated my system and explained the extensive problems he was very empathetic. He even came back and put a cooling unit in my bedroom because he knew my brand new system could not be fixed to provide the AC I needed without extensive repair. I would highly recommend this company.

Elite Air Inc. was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy I went with them to replace my air conditioner. Joe and Tracey are wonderful. They are so kind, understanding and very down to earth. This was our first time needing a new A/C and they made the process super easy! They were able to get the installation scheduled fast and the installers were super proficient and did an amazing job. Our house is now cool and we are happy!
