Getting a new furnace and AC is always one of a homeowner's biggest financial hits, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Elite Air proved to be the most reliable, professional HVAC company I have encountered across multiple homes and cities. When my AC started having issues in my current house, they didn't try to sell me. They gave me the options. They even advised me against overspending when they could have easily gotten more money. I decided to go ahead and replace vs. repair since all of my equipment was 20+ years and definitely on its last leg. Shortly after I ordered and scheduled my service, the AC officially kicked the bucket on a hot Friday night. I let them know, but wasn't expecting any service since my equipment and installation wasn't scheduled until the following week. Without asking, they showed up first thing the next morning (on a Saturday morning) to try and get it back up and running at no cost to me while I waited for my new equipment to arrive. They also put in a temporary/portable AC unit to keep me cool until the equipment arrived on Monday. Again, at no cost to me. They showed up first thing Monday, installed all of the equipment professionally and quickly without issue. I couldn't believe how smooth it all went. The crew was professional and friendly. They were nice and friendly around my wife and kids and they took care of my home—making very sure to not damage floors and walls with narrow turns and staircases. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all of the old parts. They went above and beyond the scope of the project in more ways than one without trying to hit me with hidden costs. On top of it all and in addition to providing flawless service and top of the line equipment, they also gave me the BEST price. Can't recommend them highly enough. I will be recommending Elite to my neighbors who also have similarly older units. My wife has already texted our next door neighbor with their info and singing their praises.

Vito did a great job cleaning my furnace and installing a new part. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and Elite to everyone!

I had an excellent experience with this HVAC company! After receiving various quotes from several different companies, each giving me different prices and pushing me to replace my entire system. It was refreshing to find a team that was honest and realistic. Joe explained all of my options clearly and assured me that the issue could be fixed now, and that I could choose to replace my older HVAC system later on when needed. No pressure, just genuine guidance. The technicians Nick and Kurt came out the very next day and quickly repaired the part causing the problem. They were both very professional & knowledgeable. Amidst frigid temperatures I made 1 phone call reporting the heat was not working in our business and within 2 hours we had a team at our location diagnosing the problem, fixing what could be fixed on the spot, then ordering the parts and promptly returning this morning to complete the job! I cannot say enough good about Tracy in the office, Joe & Vito the owners and the entire team at Elite Air! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!

Been using Elite Air for quite a few years. Joe and Vito run a great company. Very happy with the job they did on my furnace. In a couple months, I’m sure I’ll be just as happy when they installed my new air conditioner.

The guys were very flexible with my crazy schedule, came in on time, ready to work. They were very professional and informative, showed me how everything looked before the cleaning, explained the process and what needed to be done. Then they got to work and did it very fast, very clean, very nice! Walked me through everything at the end of the job and you could see and smell the difference right away! would definitely recommend Carol Stream Heating & Cooling over and over again!

We had Mark out from Allstar to have a look at our humidifier and couldn't be more pleased. Without much direction from us he was able to quickly assess the problem, give us a couple solutions and get right to work on the one we chose. Will definitely bookmark them as our heating & air company for anything we might need in the future.

I've been using these guys for at least a couple of years now. I found them through Amazon Local, they were offering a great deal on clean and inspection so I bought two - one for the furnace and one for the A/C. We do have a new furnace so it usually doesn't take long for them to do the furnace cleaning and check. The A/C is older and I was a bit worried last time when he started talking about possibly needing to add freon - I thought "here we go with the added costs", but turns out he was just letting me know because the A/C checked out fine and needed nothing additional. I guess I was just too use to a person showing up and finding issues with everything and wanting to repair and replace more than what was needed and the cost sky rocketing, but in this case it was just some up front information and turned out I didn't need the "extra".

The deal they have on Amazon Local is great, they also will call you when it's time to use the second voucher for the furnace or A/C (depending on when you bought). It's always good when you find someone you can trust that will keep your cooling and heating appliances running. Sometimes a good deal isn't a good deal because once the work is started something "wrong" is found and now you're spending a lot more than expected; but not in this case and I'm glad I've found AllStar!

Super pro. Had my A/C go out on a stretch of 95 degree days. I assume they are super busy and I called them at 5:30pm, they don’t answer but Victoria (?) sees my number and calls me back, gets a tech (Chris, super professional) out to the house same night and by 6:45pm the A/C is cranking. Price was totally fair. Strong rec!

We had issues with our air conditioning on a Sunday night….called the company on Monday morning and they came out to service the next day. Also the service guy was very informative. Have owned homes for 40 yrs. this furnace clean & check was the most thorough I can recall. Mark R. also vacuumed top of water heater, vent pipe & humidifier. he noticed a crimp in humidifier drain hose & replaced it. He offered suggestions to improve furnace operation & indoor air quality . Suggestions - I wasn't pressed to buy. I highly recommend AllStar Heating & Cooling.
May 2021 Colin serviced the A/C unit. 5 stars for All Star. No one has cleaned the A/C unit as thoroughly in the 40 years I've owned a home. Most A/C routiine service includes spraying the hose through the side of the unit. Colin removed the top and fan, sprayed a cleaning fluid on the condensor cells, rinsed it thoroughly, then removed the side panels and rinsed the outside. The water coming out was quite dirty - FYI it was serviced last year by a different company. .Highly recommend All Star Heating and Cooling.
