The crack repair process was quick and painless. Helitech reviewed the damage, gave me a quote (thanks to DJ Schaeffer), and quickly scheduled the repair. Kevin Williams was great. He talked me through how the repair would take place and answered any questions I had. I am very pleased with his work and I’m glad the repair is complete.

I had an appointment with Andrew to look at a house for a client. In real estate, I see all kinds of foundation issues. Andrew was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I understood his suggestions. He was flexible with my appointment time and communicated his arrival time. I've used Helitech a number of times already and will continue to use their services in the future as each experience is always top notch.

Jon Courtney was great to work with. He saved us lots of money with a solution to try before we tore out our whole basement. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions after we had already done all of our research into structural wall/basement systems for our 122 year old house..

Graig Peterson from Helitech came to our home to talk with us about their services, and we had a really great experience. He was incredibly open and honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured.
What really stood out was how comfortable he made us feel. He treated us more like friends than customers. Graig offered honest advice and walked us through the process in baby steps before discussing a major project, which made the whole solution feel approachable and achievable instead of overwhelming.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of our Home Care Specialist Jordan Peetz. Communication was great and he was able to work around our work schedules. He explained all of our options for our crawlspace waterproofing and the encapsulation process. We greatly appreciated him listening to all of our questions regarding the process, and at no time did we feel pressured into making an immediate decision. Thank you Jordan. Estimator Jon Courtney was very thorough. I have used Helitech in the past and Jon It’s was the estimator then and was Great. Jon did a great job explaining new work. I’m excited about having the job completed with the additional work. Helitech is the way to go!!

Cody and his team did a great job. Didn't leave a mess, they explained everything to us. I recommend using them for any waterproofing jobs. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for!!

Cameron was super helpful during the estimate process. He answered all my questions and left me with no doubts that helitech were the ones for the job. I'll definitely be using helitech in the future and I'll make sure to ask for Cameron again.

We usually don’t take the time or make the effort to write a review but this is the exception. My husband Jeff and I had Kevin Williams as our Helitech technician. Kevin arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable and professional in appearance and approach.
He definitely sets the standard for service people doing work in someone’s home.

Helitech was a great decision, foundation repair can be overwhelming but they did not try to sell on something unneeded and provided several options. Very easy to work with and sent out true professionals to complete the job. I would like to recognize Cody Reynolds and Angel Khann who did the work and were really awesome to have in our home to complete the work. The explained everything and worked late to finish the job. They didn't have to work late but asked if it was ok and for me it was. Angel and Cody really went above and beyond, they treated us with respect and made sure everything looked great. Even after explaining everything to me, they took time to explain to my wife as well. I could not have asked for a better team to complete this work. I recommend Helitech for anyone, I learned a lot from this experience and am glad I made the decision to go forward with Helitech. Great people to work with, thank you again to Angel and Cody for a job well done.

Helitech was very easy to work with in scheduling the work. The team that did the work, Brett and crew were very courteous, neat and helpful in answering questions. I posted a picture of how after a day how the system was already taking care of the water. I highly recommend Helitech. The damp smell is already better

Estimator Jon Courtney was great to work with, I’ll update the review and add photos following the completion of the waterproofing! UPDATE: The installation of the sump pump drain is a concern as it was placed lower than our driveway retaining wall as opposed to further away from the house where it could drain with the slope of the yard. The drain in the backyard was placed at the foot of the stairs, this one also needs to be moved further away from the house…hoping this is addressed soon!

Alejandro, Olivia and Jaime were an awesome crew. We got a call letting us know when they would arrive. They were all very professional, informative and courteous. They left the site looking better than it did when they arrived. They did run into an issue which they came to a resolution very quickly. Highly, highly recommend.

Jordan was extremely polite when arriving. We discussed the issues the structural engineer made us aware of on his report. Jordan explained what he needed to see, measure and evaluate. He was more than happy to answer our questions during his evaluation. After finishing his site evaluation he said he would get the report to us asap. Shortly after leaving he called and ask to bring another member of his team back for more evaluation to make sure he had all the details and recommended the proper repairs due to the complexity of the project. Jordan was extremely thorough throughout the process and made us feel very comfortable with Hellitek. Highly recommend.

Helitech performed some basement waterproofing for me about 20 years ago, and I was so pleased with the results then that I called them once again this fall, when a different wall in my basement also needed waterproofing. From Jordon Celeslie, the waterproofing specialist who made the initial contact and presented a free job estimate, to Elliott, Brennen, and Tyler, the Helitech crew that carried out the necessary work, I found them all to be professional, skilled in their specific function, and exceedingly willing to talk with me, answer questions, and do whatever could be done to please me with their finished product. Jordon and Elliott, as supervisors, were patient and kind in addressing any concerns/questions I had, making adjustments for my particular job, and tending to any follow-up details as promised. I highly recommend Helitech for any foundation/waterproofing work that your home might need.

On 12/17/25.. The 2nd part of the project was the cleanup by Melvin and Rashaan! They did an excellent job on my deck and driveway. They were very polite and nice and went over and beyond to make sure I was happy!
